A representative from this company came to my home to assess my roof. They were extremely impersonal and acted like this job was a complete annoyance. I called the company several weeks later to get an update and they informed me that they submitted a report to my insurance agent. I contacted my agent only to find out this was not the case. I then waited ~6 more weeks trying to get in contact with the individual. I eventually contacted him and he then proceeded to tell me that he has statellite images of my home that shows damage prior to my stated claim. BIG DEAL! So, I assume this person is saying that I am trying to con my insurance company. I will never use this company again! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
