Old Navy Outlet

I visited Old Navy (Rehoboth, DE) and found it delightful. The store was neat, clean and bright. No long lines. I found school uniform shirts and pants at an amazing discount. I even found myself a pair of stylist pants on sale and a lovely too! I am happy! *Definitely returning to shop at this store on my next month out of town weekend trip. * I am from Capitol Heights, Maryland (Prince George’s County)!!!

I had a wonderful experience here this past week. A young lady named Ty was a HUGE help. She noticed my hands were carrying a lot of clothes, and she grabbed me a bag. I was in the back of the store, and she walked to the front for me. She had a wonderful personality, and greeted me when I entered in her area. Such a wonderful experience with her. I had to do an exchange the following day. There were two girls at the registers, NO customer service ... but the one girl that was younger and cleaning the windows was VERY nice. I don't believe Ty was working this day but we did a quick return ... and wasn't in the store for more than 10 minutes.

The Avenue in White Marsh is a beautiful place to shop! Old Navy was well stocked.

Nice and clean. Lots of clothes. Crews were so nice and gave me information that I could get a discount extra if I have outlet membership card. So my husband went to office and made the card with $10. And we came back to store and received the discount more. We bought lots of clothes for my family here. It was so good experience. Ms. Katelin was kind and helpful.

Always a joy to visit. Great fashion and products. The men's cologne line is excellent.

We had to pop in here when I forgot some essentials for our trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and bright. There were lots of options. My sensory child was able to find comfortable shoes she hasn't taken off.

I love this place, I think this is the only Old Navy that carries the bigger sizes for plus size women. Other old navy's dont.don't.. plus size ladies if you are anything like me looking for clothes that fit I would highly recommend this place and the prices are so good in my opinion.

I really loved my visit to OLD NAVY yesterday. I actually went back 3 separate times after leaving each time and thinking of that good deal I was passing up. Great quality clothing, affordable prices, and the customer service was friendly and professional. Can't wait till their after Christmas sale.

Aliyah helped me during my transaction and when I got confused and needed to ask questions she was very nice and answered everything. When I needed to return things she had no problem taking them back and was a fast transaction. ! I was very pleased with her customer service. Thank you again !

Great sales and selections but to no fault of the staff people pull things out and don't fold them or put them back in their place. Staff was working as quickly as they could to straighten things up though.

Most of the employees are courteous, friendly, and willing to help, just ask. If you can't find your size or color, ask an associate and they may be able to order it for you... It would be free shipping and the same price as in store...

Sale signs aren't always too clear, so read the fine print ("up to" 50%off, which means 0-50%) or ("$8.99 and up", which means it may be $11.97), etc. Lots of great deals.

They match online prices, so just show cashier the online price on your phone/tablet. The store gets quite messy in the summertime, but that's because of all of the tourists. It is very hard for the employees to keep up. Dressing rooms are clean, bathrooms are sometimes clean.

They also offer a 10% military discount, and a 10% Tanger coupon book discount.

I bought a dress for a penny one time and I've gotten lots of things for under 97 cents. And the kid's clothes are very cute and inexpensive

I found really good deals but they weren't discounted at register even though the sign says sale. Cashier had to go and verify each item by the sale sign. Had I not paid attention I would have been overcharged.

The sales clerk was extra friendly and chatted up my 8 year old grandaughter when we were buying back to school clothes. Especially nice considering how crowded and busy they were. She talked but never stopped checking us out.
