Lewes Surgery Center

This place is incredible from the moment you walk in! The entire team is so professional and you can tell they truly care about you and your experience there with them. They all do their best to calm your fears and put you at ease. I can’t thank them enough for my incredible care!

Outstanding place, everyone was caring from when I walked in till I left. Very clean . I felt extremely comfortable the whole time. Was first time getting a procedure done at a surgical center and I wouldn't hesitate to get anything done there again.

I have used the surgery center twice. Once years ago and very recently. Both times I received outstanding care. The staff is thoughtful, and kind. All of my questions were answered. I felt like they really cared for my well being. Did a follow up the next day. A+ to the Lewes Surgery Center.

I had an outpatient surgical procedure there on May 23, '12. It went as smoothly as possible; general anaesthesia, administered by Dr. Skeete, was utterly effective. One moment, I was in the O.R., commenting about the ELO tune on the radio, and the next, I was in the recovery room getting ready to leave. The people were nice, very competent and friendly. I would recommend this facility to any physician who needs it and to any patient who needs care. All in all, a 10 - rating for the Lewes Surgery Center.

My husband and I were very impressed with the outpatient surgery center. I received excellent care and the staff was warm, friendly and considerate.

The staff at the Lewes Surgery Center were so great when I had my surgery. They were so nice and the nurses were so attentive. Thank you all.

Very one was very nice. They ran things very smoothly. I went 2 weeks in a row. Both times were perfect.

If you have to go, this is a great place the staff is the best.

Check in was easy & pleasant; Pre-Op and OR Nurse were also Great! Unfortunately my 9am surgery was delayed well over an hour and nobody came by with any info on why or when I might be going in.

In the meantime my wife was sitting outside in her car waiting and expecting me to be outside by 10:15. After an hour lying there waiting I finally got someones attention walking by to find out what was happening. She mentioned that the surgeron was in surgery and delayed and she would call my wife when I went in.

A little communication would have gone a long way here. Unfortunately there was none. If you're surgery is delayed someone from staff should at least have the courtesy to let you know what's happening!

Very disorganized check in process. LONG wait to be seen. They are overwhelmed. Better to go to a more sophisticated surgery center - perhaps in Dover or Wilmington.

Women took too long didn't contact me as first priority contact contact in my house phone instead of my phone like requested surgery took too long and failed to call in prescriptions to the correct pharmacy that I listed on contact information

My mom had a procedure done on Sept 27 and was at 9am . Did not get seen till 9:50 ! They need to reorganize their times .
