Platinum Roofs replaced the Duradek liner on our fourth-floor balcony. The workman ship was excellent they stayed in touch with us through the hole job. outstanding service. would recommend highly for all work that needs to be done.

Platinum Roofs are a very customer focused small business especially to retired military. On time providing quality workmanship work crew quickly installed new flat roof on time on budget. In fact the crew identified another issue impacting the roof they just repaired not within the scope and fixed that. Most companies would not do that. This veteran greatly appreciates the step above. An update. Platinum Roofs came back and fixed the other issue they discovered quickly and professionally…so far all appears to be the answer I’ve been waiting 5 years for!

It's not too often that I have a residential project with a flat roof, but my most recent project was just that. The folks at Platinum Roofing are one of the most professional and qualified roofing outfits I have ever dealt with. Wayne and his team did a great job on the installation of Duradek material on my second floor balcony. The work was done when it was promised and in the time frame that was promised. The workers were professional, courteous and took great care to not damage any other structures of the home while they were working. Overall, a very positive experience.

I had a leak in my basement and I called Platinum roof and left a message. I received a call back in a short time and Jim came over that day to look at the problem. He came back the next day, as it was raining, to see where the leak was. The next day, it was fixed. Could not be happier with their response to our problem and their work!

I have been a customer of Platinum Roofs for over 13 years. They have installed roofs on two of my houses in Dewey Beach. Their workmanship is superb. They are always punctual, friendly, and fairly priced. Nor'easters tend to hit my properties hard as we are fairly exposed... on every occasion where I needed service or repairs, Platinum Roofs was on site in a timely manner and quick to perform the necessary maintenance. Without hesitation, I recommend this company to anyone.

Did a great job replacing missing shingles. Very prompt with both estimate and repair.

I appeared to have a roof leak which was staining our ceiling over two rooms that were an addition 12 years ago. One of the areas was a decked patio area off an upstairs bedroom. I called Morse Roofing to come and fix it, and they determined that since a flat roof was involved they would recommend Platinum Roofing; they did not deal in flat roofs.

Wayne Mitchell from Platinum gladly came and thought there were several areas for potential problems; he suggested I buy a moisture tester and see if I could trace the source during a rainstorm. I did this for several months and eventually asked Wayne to come back. He did so gladly again and we reviewed the situation. He never once tried to sell me anything. He only tried to help me figure out what to do, which was somewhat a mystery.

Long story short, I decided to remove the floor board decking and rubber membrane under it on the flat roof and replace it with a Duradek material. I called Duradek Corp for resources and Platinum was one.

The rest is history. The work and workmanship was as contracted. The crews were quick, efficient, friendly, informative, helpful, professional, on time and never seemed to take a break. We learned that there were three situations under the bare deck where water was slowly causing damage and leakage. These areas were treated and repaired with utmost attention and care.

I cannot say enough positive about the subcontract crew from ProCoast Coastal Services who did all the railing removal, demolition and and then reassembly after the before and after the Duradek crew laid the material. The coordination and timing of the crews was spot on.

Leakstoppers

We bought a resale home in the Lewes area that had a full basement. Unfortunately after moving in we discovered that the basement had a water issue due to several cracks in the foundation. After spending time doing research and consultations, we decided to contract with Leakstoppers, which is part of Platinum Roofs, to help us prevent the water from entering the basement.

They fixed three cracks that have stayed dry for over a year. We recently found one more and had them back to fix it. They are professional, responsive and reasonable. Happy to report the basement is now perfectly dry! Oh, and subsequently found out that one of the large builders in the area hires them to correct issues under warranty. Highly recommend!
