Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rehoboth Beach

We have had the pleasure of hosting several events at the Fairfield Inn and Suites over the last few months and the experience was nothing short of Fantastic!

The hotel was immaculate, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. They ensured we had everything we needed for our events. We could tell our business was wanted and appreciated. Karen, the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, Michelle and Russ at the front desk made certain we received top notch service. They went above and beyond to make certain our events were successful every time. The hotel banquet room has one the best set-ups we have seen for a hotel of their size. This is a fairly new hotel. There was lots of construction going on. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. The room service lady Cristol was terrible. she left a envelope with her name one it. She never gave us fresh towels or freshen up the room while we were gone. Had to call front desk late at night for fresh towels. There was a few of the amenities that were not available. They offer a nice variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. I will be back to this location!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfy and the staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly. Also, they are undergoing renovations, however; we did not see or hear any of it during our entire stay. It is close to the outlets and a lot of yummy restaurants. Great Place. My family and I will make sure and stay again :)

Very comfy stay! The lobby, the hall way, and the rooms are all neat. We enjoyed the pool. The staff are nice, super accommodating, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfast options are also good. There was some renovation going on during our stay but it was quiet the whole time. Everything we needed that was not in the room were happily provided. When we checked out, a pair of shorts were left in the room and someone from front desk kindly called us about it. Wonderful staff! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable affordable stay. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean

Very clean property with a nice breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all of the basic necessities (decent TV, desk with chair, nightstand with adequate number of available outlets). The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, and shopping on Rt 1 but it isn't at a light so getting out of the parking lot can be challenging if there is a lot of traffic. We live within 35 miles of the beach but stayed here so we could go out and enjoy the evening without having to worry about driving home late after having a few drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here for just one night and it was a very pleasant stay. All of the staff were super friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful. We prefer staying in town but for a highway location, this is the place to go.

We often come down especially around Black Friday to shop and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We haven't been for a few years but we had a great time. The hotel was very warm and the staff was very friendly. All of our pre requests were honored and we felt like special guests.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out our experience was phenomenal. The front desk lady, Donna help us in more ways than she had to she really went above and beyond for us. She filled us in on all the local attractions and things to do in the area and always with a huge smile and a , what else can I assist you with today!; I really hope that Marriott knows the kind of employee they have in her she's exceptional! We will definitely be back 🎇👍🏖

Very happy with the cleanliness and the size of the room. It was a quick one night stay but I’d give it two thumbs up. Used the app to book, check in and as the room key. Great place.

Best getaway ever! Rooms are clean, staff is wonderful, breakfast is good enough, and a little bit of everything. We will save this one for our future visits in Rehoboth

The staff was friendly & accommodating when we arrived at 1pm when check-in was at 4pm and also accommodated our request for a room on a higher level floor. Rooms were very clean and they had a nice free breakfast. This Fairfield has 2 nice public decks to enjoy the fresh air, facing the back of the building. Nice for our first visit to the beaches in DE and away from congested traffic closer to beach areas. It was also a fair price vs other hotels on the beach averaging 2x the rate per night.

I stay at Marriott properties quite often, and this was a great place! Centrally located, close to everything. Outlet shopping, restaurants, the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Quiet, clean rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast was OK, not a lot of choices but enough to get by. Egg omelets, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, bread, fruit, a waffle station and coffee, tea and juice. Staff was friendly and always greeted me when I came through the door.

This was a life saver. We booked somewhere else. Needless to say, it was a horrific experience.
The room was clean well lit bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I stayed here in early March for a few nights. Very clean, friendly place. The basement lounge and bar is a hidden gem. Very personable bartenders who know what they are doing. And great conversations happen with other guests. The front desk people are very nice too. Housekeeping staff is friendly. I'll be back!!

The Best of Any Marriott on our 6+ week trip! Gorgeous hotel with lovely inside and outside places. Delicious breakfast ( included) and the breakfast room is kept well stocked and immaculate. Small bar and lounge downstairs next to the fitness room and pool. We wish every one of our Marriott brand hotels looked like this on our trip.

Great staff, clean lobby, rooms and common areas. Bonus bar in basement! John the bartender made a phenomenal dirty martini and also was a great reference for local fare. Indoor pool was small, but looked clean. Need bigger TVs to match the big rooms. 27" flat screens aren't cutting it.Didn't spend much time in the room so TV didn't matter much, nor did waiting on hold for 15 minutes at check in time which is understandable.

100/10 staff was great. Very kind and respectful especially Donna at the front desk. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was also nice. Highly recommend

Huge shout out to the staff!! I booked a room for my parents anniversary, I wasn't there so I sent a chat through the app so they could get keys etc, and mentioned their anniversary so someone would at least congratulate them at check in, my parents got in and there was snacks and a handwritten card on the bed for them! As well as some towel swans! That really blew me and may parents away, thanks so much for going above and beyond. Whoever made that happen on 9/24 thanks so much!

People are courteous, polite, and good-natured
Pool is beautiful, outside deck is GREAT place for a WEDDING 💍 Just say "yes" to Fairfield Suites, and they'll do the rest
