What a delightful place! There were 5 of us in our dinner party and we chose to order 9 of the tapas plates. All of the offerings were very beautifully prepared and presented, and quite generous portions! Each dish had a unique and layered flavor profile, and we truly savored each one. The green Gazpacho soup was the best gazpacho we have ever had, not to be missed if it is on the menu when you go! We also appreciated the attention to the small details. The olive oil served with the bread was fragrant and had a very good flavor. We were given a nice dish of various olives when we first sat down. All of our cocktails were well crafted and tasty, and the wine selection was great. We sat outside in the lovely covered patio area, it was pretty and peaceful. Our server was excellent, so informative and pleasant! If you are in Rehobeth, you will not find a better spot for a truly enjoyable meal, do not be fooled by the non descript look of the building, everything inside, from the decor to the food to the service is well thought out and topnotch!

Great dinner! Service 10 stars, food 10 stars, atmosphere 10 stars. The food was served piping hot found out it was a father/son chef run restaurant. Amazing flavors and they were also able to accommodate my friend's specific dietary needs. Would highly recommend.

GIVING AN "A+" FOR AZAFRAN! Our party of three began with a lovely, fresh salad. Following, I had the grilled pork tenderloin with butternut gravy, brussels, & cherry compote. The birthday boy ordered the pecorino crusted chicken cutlet, & the third of our party had the scallop appetizer. All dishes were absolutely delicious, & the server was superb in knowledge & service. We definitely recommend Cafe Azafran for a evening out with friends, & for a special occasion.

Returned again for a fabulous dinner. Each dish was amazing with unique flavors. The chef is very creative. We loved the scallop and the green bean and hazelnut tapas. Visually delicious and our waiter was fantastic! We will be back.

Great little place with a unique menu. Friday seafood special, pick three which my dinner companions really enjoyed. I had the Cesar salad and bone-in pork chop which were delicious. Highly recommend but parking could be a challenge in-season.

A Gem in Rehoboth dining! Such delicious dishes and tapas. Drinks by David are amazing! Make reservations in busy times but be sure to stop by. Love ❤

Did our weekly date night here on a Friday night. We did the Friday night special for $32/person. It was a 3 course seafood dinner. It was excellent and worth every penny. I had course 1 - A seafood chowder. Course 2 - Seared scallops in a very light mushroom sauce. Course 3 - Large stuffed shrimp with crab meat.

Foody Alert!! 👀GO👉Simply delicious. Thoughtful Menu, wonderfully executed. There is enough variety to come back and try it again. Unobtrusive and attentive staff. Overall excellent.

The tapas were very solid, each having a unique character and distinct flavor. My favorites were the scallops, and the sliders, which were juicy and caramelized. The rest was good, but less memorable. The portions are large, preferably for sharing my 3 or 4 people.

My wife and I had a great time the other night. We shared three tapas plates with drinks. The food and service were well worth the visit.

We have been going here annually for years, every time we’re in RB for our family beach week. The food rivals any tapas place we’ve visited, the drinks are excellent, and the desserts are a must. The staff are super hospitable and friendly, and the atmosphere is cosy and relaxing (but lively, depending on how busy it is). Make reservations on open table and mark your calendar for a real dining treat!

Such an enjoyable place for a casual dinner. We enjoyed pan seared duck breast as the main course and a side of spinach ricotta gnocchi and beef short rib Burris tacos. Wow! We can’t wait to go back!

Went to Azafran for NYE dinner. All I can say is Wow. I had the cream gnocchi and lamp chops. My wife had the rock fish, and both were great. Peanut butter pie was too die for. They had Holly and John playing during dinner. Outstanding night.

Remarkable food at a reasonable price from a talented chef in a small kitchen. Pillowy spinach gnocchi. Grilled artichoke bruschetta over a mini Mediterranean salad with roast red peppers. Zucchini crusted halibut over creamy corn with a dollop of hot pepper relish. Giant crab cake over tiny fava beans- corn-carrot succotash with remoulade sauce. Three seating areas, including a screened patio; try to avoid the indoor seating at the back (noise echoes). Front room is pleasant. A little short of wait staff but they were all very personable and helpful. Our must-go restaurant in Rehobeth.

Loved this eatery before Covid and just went back and love it again!! Ordered tapas style meals; scallops and muscles were a hit and we enjoyed the grilled Caesar, duck tacos!! Beautiful desserts topped off with a cappuccino! Great food had the best waiter, Matt!! Thank u!!!

We were trying to have dinner in a busy Saturday night in downtown Rehoboth Beach. However, everything was booked and full everywhere. While walking around we found this small restaurant. Absolutely amazing, the food was great, the flavor was outstanding. Highly recommended!! We order Crab Ravioli & Crab 🦀 Cake Plates & Keylime Cheesecake.

Me and my husband's go to spot when in rehobooth. They have a large selection of coffee including my favorite cafe con panna. Which is hard to find let alone done correctly. Their cafe con panna takes me back to Italy! Now for the food it's yummy and they have both health options and hardy options. Another aspect I love is on the menu they have egg white options which is a big deal for someone like me who can not eat egg yokes unless I want to be sick for the next week. In closing if you haven't tried this place try it! It's best for brunch or breakfast.

David made me the best Sangria I've had since visiting Spain, Billy was perfectly on the ball with service and refills, and the Crab Cakes were ALL crab (as they should be). Absolutely delightful experience, a must try if you've never been!

Another delicious 😋 meal! Thoroughly enjoyed our salads and entrees with a nice pairing of wine.

Always wonderful! We went with a group of 5 for seafood night last weekend. Everyone loved their entrees and wine selection. They have terrific off-season specials.
