Yummy Chinese Restaurant

Shrimp fried rice and General Tso dinners were on point tonight. I've had chewy chicken here in the past but that didn't happen tonight. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly spiced.

Also, they have a selection of Asian sweets available for purchase. I didn't try any but others may be interested.

I've been looking for good Chinese food since 2019 and I finally found it. I'm from NYC and everywhere I've eaten around mi and Indiana has been just OK. This place is what I've been looking for. I will be back again and again.

What we ordered: (everything was BOMB🤌)

Egg rolls (both shrimp and pork)
Crab rangoon
Wonton soup
Peking dumplings
Fried jumbo shrimp
Shrimp fried rice
Vegetable lo mein
Mongolian beef
Peanut chicken
Beef and broccoli

Don't let the outside fool you. Places like this are food GOLD mines. One of the very FEW places around here, that cook the rice right. It's hard to find Chinese restaurants that serve rice that isn't dry. Plenty of flavor, great value, plenty of food in each serving.

Best Chinese in Elkhart. Awesome portions for the prices. When you order takeout the containers are literally stuffed full to the max.

The food is always fresh and hot and tastes amazing. Service is fast and friendly and prices are pretty average compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. They are the only place I can get the black pepper chicken and it's so amazing! My kids love when we eat here!

We tried the sesame chicken, lo mein, and the general tso chicken. All 3 were very good.

The building and outside need some work, but the food is great for take out.

Delicious food! Buffet is kinda small but they serve wonderful choices. They were very friendly and respectful. If you dine in its very peaceful and nice.

I’ve been here a few times the past month and the food is delicious, especially for the price. It’s small and the building is a bit dated and not super clean but the owners are kind and I really enjoy the food. I recommend giving their food a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Yummy Restaurant was just that- Yummy! Don't let the outside appearance scare you away... Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, and food is well-seasoned. Good staple Chinese-American fare.

My go-to takeout place. I used to drive way out of my way to pick up dinner here but now I live close so that's freakin awesome #blessed

Been a fan of yummy back when they were a building over. Took my mom to the buffet today, we both loved it. Good food, clean, couldn't ask for a better place. Highly recommend.

Great food and very clean inside! We ate from the buffet and the food was fresh! Don't let the negative reviews scare you away! (It's like 7 bucks for an all you can eat buffet, don't expect a gourmet meal people.)

Nice place good food at a great price

I really like this place, it's pretty cheap , defenetly my go to place when I have no clue what to do for dinner 😅, I get the combo plate comes with fridge rice and a egg roll 😋 my usual is sesame chicken.

We usually get carry out every Sunday night - and have
for at least 5 years - this place has great food - when they were closed for building moves we realized how much we liked it as other chinese takeout wasn't up to par - my favorites are House Special Lo Mein, Moo Shu Shrimp, Black Pepper Shrimp (not on the menu), Steamed dumplings, Dragon meets Phoenix, Sesame Chicken, Beef with Mushrooms - My daughter loves Chicken with Brocolli & garlic sauce, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein. Their Hot and Sour soup and Yat Gaw Mein soups are great too.

The only dish I didn't like was coconut shrimp -

I also like their spring rolls and shrimp egg rolls - ask for the homemade
hot mustard (not the packets) if you might like that - be careful though as
it can be quite hot - cures stuffed noses ;-)

Jun( The owner) is an awesome guy and great cook. The family owned and operated Bussiness is growing and will soon have more room for dining. If you love Chinese cuisine, Yummies won't dissappoint you!!!
We've been customers since 2009 and we haven't been dissatisfied with this restaurant.

I went for lunch. Buffet is small, but I was ordering off the menu anyway. Really good soup, and huge portion of pepper steak. I had leftovers. I thought the food was really good, and the service was great.
