We weren’t sure what we wanted to buy so Debbie sent us every listing that matched our criteria and found homes for us to view that weren’t even on the market yet. Seeing those homes helped us to narrow down what we wanted so that when the right house became available, we knew it was the one. Working with Debbie and her team made our home buying experience easy. It had been a while since we had purchased a home. Debbie and her team were there with us and walked us through every step. In addition, her team’s help has continued post settlement. They are always available for any questions, to make recommendations, and even to let workmen into the house when we aren’t in town. Debbie Reed actually sold me the house about 30 years ago! The selling went smoothly and quickly - with a great asking price. My house was in Sandy Brae and the agent Jessica actually lives there!
