Stingray Sushi Bar + Asian Grill

Went for dinner with a few couples. Had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. I have been there a few times but only for special occasions. The parking lot was packed but found roadside parking. I would definitely go during the off season. Beach traffic would make it a thousand times worse. The only thing that bothered me was how dark it was where we were sitting. I had to use my phone light to read the menu. But other than that I give it 5 stars.

Had a wonderful first time experience at Stingray tonight. Ryan was an absolute gem! He was very attentive to our needs, super personable and made the night completely enjoyable.
The sushi was so fresh and completely knocked our socks off. The drinks were delightful! Highly recommend Ryans drink the "Jessica rabbit".
The atmosphere is really inviting, dark, cool and homey. I absolutely adore Stingray and will absolutely return.

Very nice experience here. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered an appetizer which was on the table within 5 minutes. Sushi and rolls were properly prepared and well laid out on the plate. Overall very pleasant experience

Great food, I tried the short rib, it was delicate, the meat melted and complimented perfectly with the rest of the dish. Service was impeccable, from friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as other guest seemed to be enjoying themselves and their meals as well. Overall a nice, warm, and elegant setting befitting for any occasion. Sushi is delicious, bartenders make an excellent mocktail to order. Definitely a place worth visiting again when I am local.

Love this place. Professional staff, delicious food, and the perfect atmosphere. Definitely will be back often. Alone, or with friends, this place is nice.

Nice, fine dining restaurant near the beach. They have a huge selection of sushi to choose from so this is such a great place to enjoy it! The food was reasonably priced for what your getting. So fresh and full of flavor and all the food is plated just beautifully! The drinks were elegant, well made and so pretty. The service was good and timely and the relaxing Jack Johnson music playing in the background was the perfect vibe to add to such a wonderful experience. My daughter's and I really enjoyed Stingray and will definately be back!

Ambience is amazing, and I knew I was in for good sushi when I saw how many sushi boats were being brought out.

I had a variety of salmon as part of a combo, after a fried avocado special that was mind blowing.

The beers were cold. The sushi was good. The servers were friendly. The whole family had fun. The facilities were clean.

I will 100% be eating here again when I visit family. My advice: be very hungry and stay for hours trying all the rolls. That’s my plan next time.

This is a Gem of a place in Rohobeth Beach! Happy hour was amazing with a great sushi happy hour menu! Place is cozy with so many ares to eat in or out! Highly recommend! Service top notch!

Me & my husband came here for our anniversary and let me just say I will be going back. They have such a warm homey feeling with a fireplace and comfy feeling. The menu has lots of options other than sushi and they also have an extensive drink menu. I had the salmon and it was the most delicious salmon I've ever had super moist, tasty, just all around delicious. Not to mention the sweet potato hash and red pepper hummus to compliment it. I cannot wait to tell my friends and family about this restaurant

Such a great place, went for happy hour and was very happy with the sushi! Wings also had a great sauce. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Greatly enjoyed the monday poke bowl special for the off season. Our server was great and the sushi was excellent.

Although an infrequent dining spot for us, it has always been a good/great meal, especially the sushi! Definitely a dining stop if you are visiting Rehoboth, especially for later night dinner. Great vibes inside both the restaurant and bar areas.

First time coming here, I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing everything was perfect the restaurant is really nice. Nice staff I had a Gracie as my waitress and she was amazing she made some great recommendations. I would recommend her as my server again. Can’t wait to come back really nice place for pictures too

Loved everything about Stingray. Now granted it is offeason at the beach. We were seated right away at a lovely table on the front porch (enclosed). Our server was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and entrees. The lettuce wraps and short rib were big hits.

From the time we parked in the lot, till we left, this was a very very good experience. The matre'd sat us in a booth that was perfect in height and comfort. Lighting was dim not dark. Since we already had access to seeing the menu online, we knew what our order was. Our extremely competent server, Kendra, was a Delight. The food was amazingly tasty. Prices were on point. Will be going again when the weather turns and can sit outside.

Been going here for years. This place is top notch when it comes to sushi, 🍱 and their adult beverages are super yummy!! The waitress/waiter service is always prompt, friendly and accurate with the bill even for large parties when it can be confusing. Love the ambiance and the outdoor patio is a nice place in the cooler evenings for dinner. Will continue to go here for years to come.

Went for Happy Hour, stayed til 9. Great staff, great happy hour deals and the cocktails are 🤌🏾🤌🏾. Definitely will be back, soon. Oh and they have their own parking lot which is a great addition in a beach town.

Great Happy Hour! Drink deals are pretty straight forward- $3 bottle beer and a dollar off drafts, wines, and rails. The food is the main draw, with 1/3 off popular rolls and appetizers.
We had the special Hairy Mexican tacos, the Rehoboth Roll, Firecracker Shrimp, Edamame, Shushito Peppers, and a Sashimi plate.
All were excellent.
Huge bar with lots of seating. Great ambiance. Nice bartenders. Definitely will be back soon.

I love this place!! Best place for sushi this is our go to place!! The staff is so friendly and an amazing atmosphere!! I take all my friends and family here and they always want to come back.

Tuna poke bowl and General Tso chicken were excellent. Lobster roll, big fish roll, stingray roll and flying egg roll were outstanding. Jonathan was an excellent attentive and helpful server.
