Alton visited our property yesterday and we could not be happier with his services with Activ Pest! He is very polite, knowledgeable, and detail oriented! He took to our beginner garden and provided many useful tips. We were floored with his knowledge and appreciated every little tip! We hope to have him on our regular scheduled visits. He can check up on our garden as well!

I wanted to share how wonderful Alpha Williams has been with our pesticide treatments. He was patient when I asked a dozen questions and extremely thorough. He was amazingly helpful and made sure we understood all aspects of thetreatment.

In a world full of companies that don't show up for estimates or inspections, I am so glad I found Active Pest solutions. I called and schedule an inspection and the tech called and asked if they could come an hour earlier than scheduled. Of course you can. He arrived and asked if I had any areas of concern. I explained 2 areas. He strapped on his knee pads and began inspection in the crawl space. He searched the entire space and came back with wonderful news. No termites and the house has been treated in the past. He checked the outside of the house along the foundation also. Then he explained several ideas on keeping the house clear of all pest. Chris was very professional and ,believe it or not honest. Rare with many companies today. I will recommend Active to my neighbors .

Alton came around today for our mosquito treatment, he did a good job of explaining what he was going to do and had questions about our different types of plants so that he could avoid doing any harm to them. He was also mindful of our various bird feeders and bath. All in all a great job.

We were looking to change pest control companies so I contacted Activ Pest Solutions to set up an appointment. Scott arrived and was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and is also a pleasure to work with. He also started service at the same appointment. I feel a sense of relief in signing with this company that they will take care of all of our pest needs.

Alton arrived on time and proceeded to talk me through the treatment procedure he would be using today before starting. He worked diligently applying the necessary application over the agreed upon areas. Likewise, he completed all tasks to my satisfaction. I could not have asked for better service.

I had this company do an encapsulation of my crawl space. They were recommended by my plumber. It took them (4-5 men) four days to do the work along with digging a drain toward the back of my lot to a pond while installing a sump pump. My crawl space is dry now, clean and protected from the elements. These men work hard and dig a great job for a good price (better price than Terminix). The only regret I have is that I did not have this done years ago.

Our tech Joe was on time, courteous and professional. Joe was extremely knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. And compared to other companies Activ’s pricing was the best I priced out.

Scott was the absolute best. He provided service to my mom’s house. Scott thoroughly investigated the entire house and found a few problem spots that we didn’t know about. Not to mention, he was a super nice guy! I highly recommend Scott for any of your pest problems.

I was looking for a pest control company for a few visits per year as well as termite protection. Erren was the tech who stopped by and walked me through their services and how they do it. He was patient with my questions and I signed up. No ants since he sprayed and they’ll be here next week for the preventative termite application.
