Boardwalk Plaza Hotel

Just finished up a stay here. Hotel was amazing! Jim, Rich and Jason were great! Yes, the parrots in the photos are actually in the lobby! Location is amazing, as close to the beach as you can get and close to the boardwalk and all it has to offer! Some of the photos I saw online had me uncertain about the quality of the rooms, but everything was better than we'd hoped!

Had an excellent stay at the hotel for our 30th anniversary! The staff was amazing, everything was neat and clean, and the atmosphere and food at the restaurant and pub was outstanding! Very very worth the few extra bucks to stay at the best place in town. We will be back! We were also set up with a nice treat for our anniversary! Too shelf establishment!

This place was amazing now one of my favorite places to go will return! The bell guy Gus was the best very friendly and personable! Everything was perfect could not have asked for a better place to go for my birthday. From the hot tub in my room to roof top access with 2 hot tubs the views were stunning. Was able to sit on the balcony in my room and watch the waves crash onto the beach it was breathtaking! The parrots I loved moose was funny every time I walked over he would grab hold of my sweatshirt. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Very romantic getaway and will be returning! All the staff was amazing very helpful friendly and personable. They gave me something special for my birthday

The hotel is a ocean front gem! The staff is first class. Everyone is super friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. We loved being right on the boardwalk and the beach. We will go back for sure!

We went for a single night on a Saturday in early March and had an absolutely wonderful experience! This hotel has a truly unique charm to it like no other. It's fun to explore just to check out the quirky, but awesome decor. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, helpful and accomodating from start to finish. The location is ideal, if not perfect. The room and hotel were super clean and everything is well maintained. Plenty of parking. We just loved it and will certainly be back. A must stay if you are going to Rehoboth.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were so kind and friendly. The birds in the lobby were joyful. The room was so comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The French toast was delicious and the scrapple cooked to perfection.

We came for one night for the Delaware Running Festival in April, and had a fantastic stay. While all of the staff was fantastic, Jim and Rich were the most delightful people and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location, the roof top hot tub, the birds, the pre-race continental breakfast are just a few of the details that just made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely stay again when visiting Rehoboth.

We have had dinner at their in-house restaurant, Victoria’s, many times over the years. This was our first stay at the hotel over New Years. It was a lovely, relaxing experience. Staff was professional and hospitable. It is an eclectic property, which we thoroughly appreciate and enjoy.

This was one of the best hotels my family and I have came too. Gus, is simply the best of the best. He made us feel like family and the pool worth the jacuzzi was phenomenal. The house keeping was exceptional. This will be our new hotel for family trips to Delaware. Thank you Gus for your OUTSTANDING!!!

We went there for the New Year weekend and as usual the hotel really caters to their guests. We checked in the hotel with Jim and Rich welcoming us. We made reservations for all our meals with Konica, she is so amazing! Konica is at every seating morning, noon and night so it appears like she never sleeps! We had great waitstaff their names are Eduardo and Lisa. Everyone working there bend over backwards to accommodate the guests. If you have never been you really need to try it out. Peanut the Parott will be there to greet you! Happy New Year! Donna

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Don't let the Victorian vibe change your mind on booking (photos simply don't do the place justice). This place is quirky and it is magical. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is super professional and friendly. It has the perfect location. My wife and I had an incredible weekend here. We came for a semi-quiet getaway at the beach and it was just that. For those traveling without kiddos, don't miss out on the rooftop, either! We were lucky that it wasn't too busy and the front desk let us add access on to our stay for a day (even though we weren't on the concierge floor). I've never been so sad to leave a place. Get to know the birds in the lobby. They're adorable :)

Was there on Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. Had a oceanfront room top floor, 4th floor is an adults only floor. Staff was very nice from check in to check out. The jacuzzi on top of roof at night in cold weather is really relaxing.

Check out Victoria's restaurant attached to the hotel. Christmas decorations over the top amazing. A definite don't miss for the holidays. Come for a meal, drink, or just to take it all in. Loved it.

Old school charm, fantastic views and mostly excellent service. The restaurant is fantastic, one of the best in the area. Pricey but a really nice splurge.

Extremely impressed. Cool hotel, spacious ‘suite’ that slept 4 comfortably for 5 days. Nice view of boardwalk from balcony. Nice gym. Staff was friendly, birds were a cool touch. Restaurant had great breakfast. Walking distance to pretty much anywhere worth going in Rehoboth Beach, < 10 minute drive practically anywhere else. I would stay here again if in the area.

This is by far our favorite hotel! We absolutely love it here. We enjoy the Victorian decor, the cleanliness and overall relaxing atmosphere and the birds are a treat as they put a smile on your face as does the fabulous staff! The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are great. The restaurant "Victoria's" has great food and incredible cocktails. Such friendly folks here. We would like to give a special shout out to Gus! Thank you everyone at the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel we look forward to staying again soon!

We went to Boardwalik Plaza Hotel to celebrate the Winter Solstice The fires outside were awesome The shrimp and scallops pasta was a little bit of heaven but going out to the sauna to watch the moon above us was out of this world For a place to make Devine memories this is the place to go

With the exception of several years due to the pandemic, we've been visiting the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel for 15 years, usually in mid-September and/or the week preceding Memorial Day. We've always stayed on the concierge (4th) floor in an ocean facing room and have never been disappointed.

This is definitely not a typical beach hotel. Its architecture and furnishings are designed with a Victorian motif. The rooms have a cozy feel and are decorated to replicate that era.

The staff is very welcoming, treating you more like an old friend than just another guest. The lobby has several exotic birds that, with your permission, may hop on your shoulder and lightly nip your earlobes. (One of these beautiful birds is a little criminal with a penchant for stealing sparkly stud earrings, which the staff quickly find and restore to the victim.)

The only drawback I can think of is the small dresser and closet space, making storing your clothing and other items a bit of a challenge.
