I needed a pest control contract for my home Steve told me that he does pest control contracts for pegler realiti in Hill have it in his schedule haven't got the results but I know about pest control and he knows his stuff many people in pest control don't this is important if you get a contract

i bought my daughters shop in Flipping to get her new shop built. I ask her who she used for pest control, she told me Steves in Mountain Home. I called them and the lady said they would call me back which didn't happen. Called them back the next week and she told me they would be their between 10 and noon Tuesday and once again No call and No show. The so called service rep said no one was there to meet him, funny I was there from 8:00am tiil 3:30 pm. My friend called them back to find out why and she said he came by at 10:00and crawled under the house. Their is mud in front of the crawl space door with no foot prints or knee indentions in the mud. He must be very lite weight to do that. The floor is out so he could do a good inspection but you have to show up to do the job. Later on I found out from my daughter that one of the so called service reps told her she didn't need a contract because the house was high enough off the ground, which is 2 feet at the highest. It is a requirement to have a termite contract when buying or selling a property. I paid cash for the property and in the process found termites, now at a stand still til I can figure out what all that has to be replaced or demolish the house due to a Blatant lie from this so called business. I was in the plumbing business 35 years and a successful business is built on honesty and integrity and I've found there is nothing remotely close to either in that company. I know allot of prominent people in the area and I will spread the word on who Not to call.

Had a contract w/Steve's for 21 years..When I recently requested a VA required inspection for a refinance needed ASAP (within a 2-week window)..lady acted as though I was wasting her time..rude..made excuses for putting me off..promised but failed to return my call..

I called Hopper's Pest Control..They immediately scheduled an inspection & treatment two days from now..and providing VA form for my loan processor..

Costing me a $1000 for a new contract but as a matter of principle it's well worth it..RUDE has NO excuse..!
