I’ve always received quick, easy, friendly, and informative service here. The pleasant and speedy experiences here have been even more appreciated after having to make an hour commute to the nearest UPS store.

arrived here for a Notary service, was greeted with a busy location - lot's of happy employee's. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, had my paperwork processed, even got to chat about some local history while filling it out.

Thank you for great service, if you need services done in town - this is a great place to go!

Shay is ALWAYS a HUGE help when I am in there. The staff are super patient, friendly & helpful! I highly recommend this store to anyone. They can figure out all kinds of problems!

These guys are usually busy but they do a great job getting customers often diverse needs taken care of with maximum efficiency while still being thorough with those folks who need it. For those of us who ship out a lot of packages and have a preprinted label just catch their attention and you can probably skip the line. It’s December and I just visited and even with everybody shipping they keep it positive. Nice job UPS store!

I have been to the store several times in the past 6 months for some Amazon returns and each time I have been impressed with how efficient and friendly and helpful Everyone has been; when I was there on June 22, 2022, I needed help getting a large package into the store, getting return slips printed because my home printer wasn’t working, and the store was extremely busy; but one of the women helped me with all of it quickly and efficiently - It made for a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend this store.

I love handling my business at this store. The place is located on a great location. The hours are very user friendly! The store is always clean and organized! The workers are extremely friendly and go above the call of duty to provide EXCEPTIONAL Service!!
The parking lot is shared with other businesses, mostly Chens Garden; this has caused some parking issues as far as finding a spot or getting out when you do. I recommend avoiding UPS Store during Chens peak hours UNLESS you walk or park elsewhere. The ONLY thing I have to say that is Negative Is that THEIR FAXES ARE WAY TO HIGH IN PRICE!!! I drop my jaw everytime I have to send a fax!! Otherwise, I would Recommend this store to Everybody that what copies, faxes?, shipping goods of ALL sizes or if you need a postal box.. THEY ALSO SELL SUPPLIES for shipping, packing and such..

I had eight doors to return and no way to print my return label. The staff worked with my problem and printed labels for me! Above and beyond superior service! Great manager!

Thank you Deborah for helping me pack up Christmas returns. I had 7 items and was overwhelmed by the differing details on packaging returns. I can without tape and boxes and she helped with pack stuff, apply tape and place return slips inside boxes sealed with heavy staples. She could have turned me away and told me to come back when I was actually prepared but she took the time to help me. I appreciate you! That provided customer satisfaction, not “customer service”. Thank you Deborah will be sure to pay it forward!!!

My involvement with this store has mainly been regarding printing and graphic design services. The team at this UPS store is the whole package. Garth & Becca are great! They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They take time to give you details and explain your options, and do a great job of working to understand your vision and guide you accordingly. All of this leads up to them delivering on the vision and delivery quality results.

I use Amazon a lot. Sometimes I get the wrong item or it just isn't what I expected and I return it. This store is always great about scanning my phone and taking my item to send back. The only part I don't like is the location. And thats because the parking lot is small, kinda cramped space for as busy as it gets.

Garth Deems did an exceptional job for me. He packaged and transported a large set of speakers I had ordered online, strapped them onto pallets and arranged freight shipping finding me the best options. Above & beyond service!!!
