The guys that work here are seriously the best in customer service in this town. They make it feel like I'm visiting a friend. I'm sure they are well underpaid. I come back weekly just because they make me feel less lonely in this town. You all rock.

Tried the new spicy blackened chicken. Oh my word, it was so good. Service was amazing, store was clean and cold. It's our go to while we're down in Mountain Home.

Fantastic location everything was on point. Clean, great service and fresh food. A must stop for lunch.

I want to point out the entire staff at this location. We had 3 value meals all different and the food was hot and delicious and correct! Condiments, straws and spoons in the bag!!.. but Destiny at the drive through window....girl...😁 u were on point!! Exceptional, accurate customer service during such a busy time of the year!! Cheerful attitude! You need to hear it...JOB WELL DONE @ Mountain Home, Arkansas location!! Give them a raise!! Thank you again!! We will definitely be back!!❤❤

The only complaint I have is that there isn't enough ice in the sweet tea. Ever. First summer here "we're out of ice at the moment" .. insert SpongeBob meme here.. "eight and a half years later".. my sweet tea is still somewhere between cool and lukewarm. I hope the ice machine has been replaced since 2014. If you're pouring hot tea, make it earlier in the day or make it strong and ice it down? Thank you!

Popeye's has one of THE best chicken sandwiches! The cinnamon apple pie is awesome too. This Popeye's is always great for fast, accurate service. The staff is always friendly.

Yummy food and good prices. Staff was very nice. But they were out of alot of things. Still good food though what they did have.

We came into the lobby and there were about fifteen people in line. We waited about three minutes in line and five minutes for our food.
The customer service was excellent. The young lady working the counter was new, but she was friendly and helpful.
The team making orders were incredibly busy, but kept up with the rush. Our food was hot and fresh!! We ordered The Big Box and our tenders were perfect!
Despite being busy, the lobby, drink station, and restrooms were clean.
All around fantastic. Great job guys!
Will definitely visit again.

POPEYES really made my evening after a loooong day at work by giving me GREAT food, FAST drive thru service, great SMILES & even gave me gold MARTYGRA BEADS yesterday 2/21/23!!!

I originally tried to order pickup the other competitor fried chicken place in town (because it was a slightly shorter drive from Cotter at the time).

But after called "the other place" competitor 5 times trying to order pickup, "the other place" finally picked up the phone and when I told them "I'd like to order pickup" they intentionally hung up on me and they left their phone off the hook so they wouldn't have to keep answering calls (including mine).

I passed by "the other place" and went on to POPEYES which was a alittle farther drive.. and POPEYES did NOT disappoint! THANK YOU POPEYES FOR MAKING MY NIGHT!

Always a favorite of mine. The staff here is great everytime I've been here. Definitely recommend this particular eatery. I love spicy so I always get the spicy chicken whether its tenders or pieces. Not excessively spicy but if you have an overly sensitive palate the non spicy is just as flavorful.

First time going to Popeyes Louisiana Chicken there was three of us we asked about the special they had posted cashier was very good she explained what the special was. We got the chicken strips combo it was fresh and warm just came out of the fryer I was very impressed with the food. Chicken was nice and crispy, fries were warm really good and a nice warm biscuit excellent . Service was excellent plan on going back again next we are getting the 20 piece with sides have some for lunch and bring the rest home for dinner. Excellent service I would highly recommend this place.

Love Popeyes chicken sandwich it's the bomb I love it very much my husband's never had one so we went through the drive-thru the other day and mountain home Arkansas and got one

Very pleased with this place. The food was great. The staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and patient (first time here and I didn't know what was what). Someone was always wondering around sweeping up behind us pigs who slop our fries to the floor.

The food here is fantastic. The chicken is so crispy and moist, nice and spicy if you like. The poboys are like no other you can find in the area. The rolls are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The shrimp omg spicy, crunchy and packed full so good. Everything at this Popeyes is great and fast polite service.

This is a very busy establishment off of main threw away the cars that went through the drive-thru including mine went through the normal pace the people who took the orders from start to finish seem very pleasant I was happy with the overall taste texture and smell all the food I would definitely go back just be prepared to wait in line at the busy times.

We have the sweetest person at the register, named Katie. She was so friendly and extremely helpful and nice.

I have never eaten inside so can't rate inside atmosphere. Best chicken in town! Absolutely!

I have to say in this troubling time Popeyes is on top of there game. Iv eaten a few time and they have been quick and very professional. Even when the line goes all the way out of there parking lot, they seem to keep it moving quickly.
