The Cultured Pearl Restaurant & Sushi Bar

The Cultured Pearl is one of our go-to places in Rehoboth. We stopped by for an early Mother's day celebration and everything was amazing!

We sat at the sushi bar, Simi was our server, he was fantastic. He's from Romania and was very pleasant.

Jake and the rest of the sushi chefs were incredibly nice. They answered any questions we had and kept us company while we dined.

We got the gyoza, vegetable medley and seaweed salad. Everything was really good but the vegetable medley was my favorite!

For dinner I had the 5 piece shrimp tempura, the shrimp were huge and the vegetables were delicious. My son and daughter-in-law got sushi and the presentation was insanely beautiful.

Jake recommended us a delicious whiskey and I will be picking up a bottle for home!

The staff was amazing and the food was even better. We will be back soon. If you stop by, make sure you grab a seat at the sushi bar!

My wife and I have been coming to this place for about 20 years. Every meal has been of top-notch quality, and the service has always been memorable. I have yet to find a competitor to their Cultured Pearl Martinis — who knew that wasabi-stuffed olives and sushi ginger would make such a delectable garnish!

The cultured pearl is by far my favorite dinner spot for special events like birthdays or even to just get sushi after a day on the beach. I recently went the other day for my anniversary and everything was amazing the service and the food is always the best! I always ask for terrance to be my server evertime I go and he is by far one of the best servers I have ever had!

The place is aesthetically pleasing.. we also had a nice view by the window :) Waiter was great and food was amazing. Edamame is very fresh, the soup is yummy… the firecracker roll is a must.. so GOOD.

Went on a Sunday night. Not busy. Sat right away. Good drink specialty. Spiced pear martini. Sushi Rolls were good except the bigger ones were not rolled properly and each piece fell apart. Did not have that problem with the Real Crab California roll. Will be back for the ambiance.
Came back with someone who had never been. He loved the ambiance as I knew he would. Wanted outside seating but since we didn’t plan ahead with reservations, we were sat inside. Still ok except it was a gorgeous day.. will be back with reservations next time to sit outside!

We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and the place did not disappoint. At first we were seated outside, but the host was kind enough to get us a seat inside where it was much calmer. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food and a great ambience.

Just, WOW! Amazing experience. Food was great, atmosphere was relaxing with the koi pond and outside patio. We actually came back two days in a row! Simi and Sadie were amazing servers and we took a selfie with the chef, Rob!

Went for their sushi buffet. Only available on certain nights. The food was amazing and they had a rotating selection. The staff was friendly and explained what was in the different options. It is a great place to go for beginners or experienced sushi lovers.

We had our reservation for a month prior to our arrival. The host was nothing but sweet while other guests were accosting her. This restaurant was very accommodating and apologetic that someone was sat at our table mistakenly and caused a delay. The drinks were delicious. The food was amazing. And the vibe was immaculate.

10/10 would recommend!

Great experience at the Cultured Pearl! The food was delicious. I got the edamame and the korean bbq bibimbap. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great! Service was impeccable and the atmosphere out on the rooftop deck was perfect. Sitting by the koi pond watching the sun set couldn't have been better. Looking forward to eating here again on my next trip to Rehoboth

The sushi was delicious! Both the food and the service was top tier! We had Drew as our server and he was great! He was very attentive. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out and requesting Drew!

I know the season is changing but if you can go make the choice to sit outside. Beautiful and the views are good if your looking for the sunset or just people watching. The food was delicious and the wait staff super friendly

As always, the Cultured Pearl was pleasure. The outdoor terrace catches cool breezes even on the hottest of days, and the koi ponds and trees round out a lovely atmosphere. The sushi is fantastic with good-sized portions. The rest of the menu is excellent, with the crispy garlic udon being a standout among the many tasty dishes. The service is generally excellent, but given its well-deserved popularity, sometimes the service is only really good.

Rehoboth Beach offers many restaurants, but for a truly memorable dining experience, look no further than The Cultured Pearl. The ambiance is what first grabbed my attention. The koi ponds create a serene atmosphere, and the rooftop deck (weather permitting) provides a stunning backdrop for your meal.
The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making helpful recommendations.
But the star of the show, of course, was the food. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the menu offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the Yellow Curry Shrimp.
Whether you're a sushi aficionado or a curious newcomer, The Cultured Pearl is a must-try. The combination of ambiance, service, and delicious food makes it a hidden gem in Rehoboth Beach.

My mom and l made a reservation for dinner after viewing the Christmas tree lighting in Rehoboth Beach. I made a reservation and was expecting a high top table and we ended up with a window seat by the Christmas tree. Our server Florin was very professional as he introduced the menu to us in an elegant way. The cream of crab soup , martini and dinner truly exceeded all expectations. You will find this restaurant to be very authentic while offering a diverse menu. Next time you are in the Rehoboth Beach area l would highly recommend this restaurant.

Experience was great. Took the family here after the Christmas tree lighting celebration, and everyone loved it. Shared a few sushi rolls, sake, and the Korean fried cauliflower. Ordered the bibimbap for my main course, steak and house-made gochujang were on point. Great spot to share some plates and rolls with beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere. Also loved the walkway over the Koi pond as you enter the restaurant, great esthetic.

Cultured Pearl went way above and beyond our expectations. We come from PA which we have a lot of sushi spots but nothing like this. We sat at a roof top table and it was so beautiful. Even though there is traffic below you really are not bothered by it because of how much of an oasis they made their roof top area. Our server Wes was AWESOME. Being this was our first time, he gave us great recommendations and even helped us try Sake for the first time. The food was amazing and really a great experience. I can't say nice enough things!

Very popular and very busy sushi restaurant in Rehoboth. The sushi was amazing and fresh! Service was attentive and knowledgeable. There was a little bit of confusion about navigating the various floors with a stroller and trying to find the elevator. But once that was figured out, it was smooth sailing. We were able to find a table that had space for our sizable stroller so that our baby could sleep while we ate. During the summer and early fall, reservations are most likely needed. In the off-season, you may be able to get a table easily without a reservation.

Set back from the main road, The Cultured Pearl is an amazing restaurant in every aspect. The atmosphere is miles above the typical box-building restaurants with it's intricate stairs and koi pond. The wait staff were attentive, entertaining, intensely aware of the menu and drink options, and extremely personable. Our food was amazing. The edamame and dumplings special were capable of being a meal by themselves. The sushi selection was vast and non-sushi options were inviting. The sushi rolls were fantastically prepared and every bit of exquisite. The shrimp teriyaki and red curry chicken were very respectable and packed full of flavor. Not shown, they have miniature chocolate formed shot glasses that tie off the meal perfectly. An amazing experience and perfect for special occasions.

Food and Service was out of this world. Garrett was fantastic with taking care of our table and our requests, drink and food recommendations, and helping us pace through our dinner. As a Marylander, it was kind of surreal to get a cream of crab soup with true lump crab meat at the price. Blown away. Will definitely be a go-to place from now on. We got the Karai Edamame, Cream of Crab soup, Gyoza, as well as Sea Monster roll and Firecracker roll. We made sure finish every bite. It was all excellent.
