Tipton & Hurst - Conway

I had a not so great start and an excellent finish with my experience with Tipton & Hurst. I received flowers that were not to my expectation. I reached out to Lacy at Tipton and Hurst and she was so kind and a great help/apologetic for my experience! They 100% took care of it and delivered a fresh new bouquet of flowers at no charge! Would recommend them in the future. Flowers were gorgeous!

It's Valentine's Day and I wanted something different, the lady Adrian helped me, guiding me to choose the flowers that best combined. The bouquet of flowers looked amazing, and my girl loved it. If someone asks me where to buy flowers in conway, I would say go to Tipton hurst. incredible service, nice atmosphere, beautiful people.

I'm late on this but I did want to send a huge shout out to Lacy over at Tipton & Hurst. She was extremely professional and patient with my order after a little confusion. She tracked down my order and even apologized when she did nothing wrong. Her personality was super bright and she smiled the entire time during this transaction and made sure my experience was one to make me come back the next time I need flowers. Oh my gosh! My boyfriend who lives in Wilmington, North Carolina surprised me with roses for Valentine’s Day at which he ordered them from you all at which I received them the day before the actual day of Valentine’s. He was able to this with no issues. He got on line, looked for a florists that was near me and got busy. I received the most beautiful set of roses that are still looking so beautiful and thriving today on Sunday 18, 2024! I’ve never had a flower arrangement to last that long. Thank you so much for sending out such beautiful roses!🌹

I loved the roses and lilies creation! He did a fantastic job and included a funny message that made me laugh. Patience is a virtue! I was patient, and now I found my forever because I was patient and didn't rush! Great job, Tipton and Hurst!

I’m a big believer in buying local. I wanted to give my new friend a beautiful bouquet of flowers and Tipton & Hurst designed the perfect bouquet. I picked the flowers and they worked their magic while I wandered around the store. The ladies were all extremely helpful and kind.

Had an amazing experience!!! They showed me all they had to offer. Went into details about the specifics and pricing. Worked with my budget and created something beautiful. Their customer service was the best I've ever experienced from a florist. From the welcoming at the door, choosing of flowers, picking of colors, helping fill out the card, assistant with rush delivery, and even showed me what it looked like before delivery. My florist was Tammy and she gets 5 stars from me. They support the military and gave me a discount. I will definitely see them again. Thanks you guys so much. Tammy your awesome!!!

Tipton is extremely reliable and always delivers high quality. I've been a customer for years.

I ordered a cheese board for a Conway friend in long-term care. She was absolutely thrilled with her gift, calling it "classy" and "swanky". Staff dropped by to see the gift as the word spread about the lovely selection of cheeses and crackers. The crowning touch was adding two long-stemmed roses as decoration. Apparently they smelled "heavenly". Kudos to all! You made my friend's day, week, and probably month.

I made a last minute order with Tipton & Hurst in Conway after 1-800-FLOWERS failed to fulfil my original order. I was so pleased with the help I got from the staff. They promised to fulfill the order and deliver it on time and they did! As a matter-of-fact they went completely out of their way to get the casket spray to the church in record time. The casket spray was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! These guys are awesome!!

I order flowers for my wife on her birthday, Mother’s Day, and our Anniversary. The flower arrangements are always great, but the Mother’s Day arrangement that I ordered this year really blew me (and her!) away! The staff is always very friendly, and they do a great job. I will be back in July for that Birthday arrangement!

This is the BEST florist ever! Jessica, Jo, and everyone else are always so friendly and helpful. Every order is perfect and their flowers last longer than any others. They did my wedding flowers which were beautiful and I know I can always trust them to create beautiful arrangements for any occasion from birthdays to funerals.

This is a beautiful building with such amazing selection of flowers and gifts! Better than that are the staff!! They are so kind and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure your purchase is perfect!! My 9 year old daughter had saved her money to purchase something for me for Mother's Day and Jessica worked with her to find the perfect gift and beautifully wrapped it! For that reason this will always be my florist of choice!!

Customer service was FABULOUS, I was showed a couple of options, they stayed in my price range, AND is having the flowers delivered the same day of ordering! Doesn’t get any better than that!
