Very friendly Staff. Good pace of play.

i lived here a little over a year, the only problem was when they switched their website up so it removed my auto draft and I wasn't notified until my rent was late. However they have an amazing staff and the move in and move out process was very easy. They are extremely professional and polite. I moved to another Lindsey property and noticed how bad things could go without a good staff. Thank you guys and I enjoyed the hospitality.

I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. Staff was always great and maintenance if I needed them but that was rarely. Very nice clean community. The only reason I moved is because I moved out of state, if I ever return to Arkansas I would live here again.

I loved loved loved living here. I put in service requests and they were there to fix it within a couple days, sometimes within hours. The office staff is super friendly. The gym is great. I had to move in 2016 due to my job relocating me and I have yet to find another property that I like more than the greens.

Very friendly staff, golf course looks exceptional. Grounds are very well maintained. Several amenities for the whole family. Very nice office area with several largw rooms for meetings or gatherings. If I had to live in an apartment in Conway, this would be my first choice.

Here is a place that reminds me have a nice peaceful place to be I visited every week to visit my brother since the Superbowl it have not stopped raining on Saturday so we can go and play a round of golf there. Drive out visit you may like the spot to move too cuz it's not a lot of traffic just the residence.

Great food and golf ⛳...a little bit wet, but it is winter. Had fun!
