what more could you want from a beach getaway!i’m in my 20s and for my purposes i think this place has everything you need. almost wanted to gatekeep it because the rates are excellent and the proximity to the beach is crazy. the owner is a sweet man and was super attentive to our needs. definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and enjoy the ocean.

I'm a traveling artist and I came down here for a job, I needed a place on the fly. this place saved me big time. it may not be some sterile cookie cutter mega resort, with bear skin rugs.But the guy that runs it (owns it?) Is a cool guy. And has very reasonable prices, it's quiet and self run, and a block off the boardwalk...u can literally see the ocean and sand standing out the side street entrence

I had an excellent stay at Summer Place. Dan's service is thorough and more than accommodating. The apartments are clean and well stocked with any kitchen items you may need. You can see the beach from the building which is just unbeatable for the price. It's not a luxury hotel if you're looking for that, but if you're looking for somewhere clean and safe to stay by the beach this is the perfect spot. I especially loved the beautiful sunflowers out front!

Great Price amazing Location and great family time. Owner was nice and helpful. We booked for 3 nights and even added an additional night. We had a good time. The location is a dream. We didn't have to drive our car once because everything is in walking distance. Beach/Boardwalk just 2-3 minutes away. We will definitely return.

The reviews are largely accurate...yes the place is dated, yes the rooms are smallish, but if you've travelled a lot the rooms are bigger than many NYC and especially European rooms. But besides that, the owner is really nice, the location is impossible to beat for the price, it was reasonably comfortable considering the point is to spend little time in a room. We'll be back for sure.

We love it here! If you want bells and whistles keep going. If you want an inexpensive room a few steps from the beach and the boardwalk, this is your place. Dan has always been nice and accommodating. We have been coming here for over 5 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Thank you Dan for the evening trumpet serenades. See you in September!

We got a discounted room, as it was the last available. Quality is what you see in pictures but we weren’t picky. It is a nice place, close to the beach (5 minute walk). The owner seems like a good guy and it’s in a perfect location. Would stay again if it was one of the cheaper options.

VISITED 6/19-6/21 Dan greeted us with a warm reception. The accomadations were comfortable, clean rooms, cleaning staff friendly and provide you with fresh toiletries, towels, etc as needed. The veranda was nice to sit on every morning ,and enjoy fresh coffee that is brewed every am, and yes the coffee is real coffee,smells good, not watered down, also to sit and enjoy a meal on the veranda is peaceful, tranquil, the breezes are nice,and you are right a block away from beach. a comfortable, relaxing location, nice neighborhood.

We stayed here back in March-April for a few nights. Got the apartment and requested easy access because of a disability. The owner put us in the apartment on the first floor next to the street which was perfect for me. The stay in this apartment was out of this world as it had a bedroom, laundry, bathroom, living room and tv, a futon and kitchen table and a full kitchen with a stove, coffee pot, fridge, and microwave. This enabled us to cook our meals mostly in our room witch is a big deal for us. So needless to say we will be booking this same apartment for a 4 night stay in Oct. here in a few days.. and did I mention just two blocks to the boardwalk!!

Nice little place. This is not the place to go if you are looking for room service and breakfast included!😁 But If you are looking for a friendly vibe and a great price close to the beach, THIS IS PERFECT! we will definitely return! P.S. FOR AN EXTRA $20 YOU CAN GET A PARKING PASS! IT'S WAY BETTER THAN WHAT YOU WILL PAY AT THE METER!

It's cheap and close to the beach. You get what you paid for. I stayed in a single room with a full bed with 2 other friends. We brought a bed topper thing because we read the reviews and thought it was going to be way worse but it wasn't at all. It honestly wasn't that bad and I would do it again.

It was just what we needed for our beach trip. About a block from the beach, relaxing and a nice owner. It's quaint, comfortable and accessible to many places to eat, shop and entertainment.
Can't beat the price or location!

Nice place nice vibe. Not a luxury hotel. Very close to everything. Local parking not bad if your not parked all day. Great place for people with state park passes. Sleep & shower here then spend day at beach.

Super close to town and the beach. The owner and housekeeping staff are friendly and thorough. Like an old fashioned hotel. Stick around at sunset, and you may get a little recital by the owner, who plays many different instruments.

Great location. A little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. I liked the trumpet and piano solo performed by our host. Fun place to stay.

This is where I stay when I visit Rehoboth, you can't beat the price, the owner is super cool and the location is perfect. Am not a materialistic person so I don't need fancy rooms or top of the line sheets, as long as it's clean and everything works it's perfect for me.

Great rates through Orbitz.. Clean room with private bathroom.. Staff very pleasant.. I would recommend to friends.. Within walking distance to boardwalk. And beach area..

If you want to have fun keep in mind:

1- the room is tiny and worth the price

2- parking is not free (street meters 24$ a day and from 10pm to 10 am its for free ) OR the owner will make you pay 20$ per day

3_ House keepers so friendly
4- ice maker in the facility

5- the owner is a nice person he plays
trumpet 🎺 you will enjoy the day hearing authentic music 🎧

6- beach is so close SoooO close

7-internet was truly Bad but I went there to be tech free that helped me 😂

8-coffee is a good hospitality from the owner

9- Enjo0o0o0o0oy🙌💚

((( I got a parking ticket 10;45 Am for 30$ Be aware they don’t joke around 😂🤣)

Clean, affordable little rooming house. Perfect for a short stay on the beach! Friendly service and great location a block from the beach. Highly recommended!
