Honestly the best place to be. Everyone treats you like family. The coaches between Burge and Willie you get so much experience, knowledge, talent, and teaching from them that is probably some of the best around the world. I'm blessed to be apart of The House.

My family has been training here for 4 years. Coach Burge is absolutely amazing with the kids class, and the adult class is like a family. Everyone is extremely nice and accepting of new comers. If you are looking for a family oriented place to train, this is the place for you!!

I have trained here for 8 years now with some of best teammates and one of the best MMA/BJJ coaches in the Mid-South, Burge Franks. This place is my second home and I am honored to be a part of the family. If you have aspirations of becoming a fighter, learning self defense or just want to get in shape with meaningful activity while learning valuable skills, this is the place for you!

For me, at 39 years old, the thought of starting to train jiu jitsu was daunting. But then I met Burge and the fine folks at The House. I’ve always wanted to learn martial arts but never took the time or was just to afraid of looking foolish. Burge is an exceptional artist and teacher. I have to train privately due to my schedule, but I assure you, Burge and crew are hands down the best. If you are wanting a place to train, I highly recommend The House. They make you feel like family from day one. They are patient to those of us that are slow learners and not very athletic. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed and will learn that you are capable of more than you could have imagined.

Great place great people. The jiu jitsu is as high level as it gets.. Family vibe all the way around.. a small gym so you get plenty of personal training with elite level coaches. Is a second home to me and my family. Would highly recommend for anybody to try.

The absolute best place in the area to learn, get in shape, build a lifestyle, and become part of an amazing family!!! The coaches are phenomenal and go out of their way to help you succeed. There is no pressure to compete for those that don't want to and the emphasis is on getting better and having fun while doing so. I would give 100 stars if I could!!

We have always been made to feel like family by Mr. Burge Franks and all of his students, including adults and children. The level of knowledge that Burge brings, coupled with his welcoming, positive personality makes this one of the best BJJ gyms in the area!

For the longest time, I struggled to find an academy that I could officially call home. Once I made the drive to Wynne, from Jonesboro, I immediately knew this was the place to train. Thoughtful instruction, friendly atmosphere, and one of the cleanest places I've ever trained at. 5 stars don't do it justice, this is a rare location and should be looked into for anyone serious about quality martial arts instruction or a clean place to train.

I came to this gym at a sad time in my life. I needed support, friends, and most importantly, I needed my confidence back. The House gave me all of this and so much more. I now feel as if this gym is my second home, and its members are my family. Burge (owner and MMA coach) is an incredible teacher. It was daunting to go into a gym full of men as a 120lb 5'1" woman. I truly thought I would leave hurt and never come again. That could not have been farther from the truth. Burge insured that I was treated with respect and care by all of my classmates as I learned how to defend myself. He takes care of his kids, and he takes care of his female students. If you have ever been interested in learning self defense, but were too intimidated, I highly recommend trying the House MMA. Where your teammates become close friends, and your coach always has your best interest, and SAFETY, at heart!

I wasn’t sure at first how well I was going to fit in, but I love this place and these people. They’ll toughen you up on the outside and push you forward as much as you’ll let them, but they have hearts of gold and sincerely care about each other and those that want to join. The coaches just love the sport and do it for the love of the sport above all else.

Our daughter has been in the kids class for several months now and she loves it! Coach Burgers is awesome with the kids. They learn and have fun at the same time!

I have been training here since November of 2016. In that time i have made lifelong friendships. I have learned Jiu-Jitsu from an experienced, high level back belt and I learn something every day from all of my training partners I am very proud of out gym and love my teammates .

WE are delighted to be part of this Raw Talented Group of Folks; we are Family! Keison, aka, "King Pickle", has been at it for about 3 years now, he loves it and he hates to have to miss a practice. Go House MMA!

Great place to learn self defense, relieve stress, and make lifelong friends. You’ll have so much fun you won’t realize you are training. Not only will you lose weight and gain functional strength, you’ll be able to defend yourself.
