Residence Inn by Marriott Rehoboth Beach

I just spent a month at the Residence Inn at Rehoboth Beach and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, the facilities excellent and the rooms are large, clean and well appointed.

Tops for me was the staff - they were fantastic; without exception. Star of the show to us was Marilyn Todd-Hall, a gracious, hospitable, caring lady who is a credit to this establishment and the entire Marriott group.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Hotel is beautiful and room was clean . Everything was great except the shower . Water takes 15 min to warm up and shower door only closed on one side which is strange as water then seeps out on the floor . This needs to be corrected. Other than that I loved staying here. Patio with firepit is great . Staff is great. The hotel is fairly new and immaculate. I look forward to coming back

I would give the rooms a 5 because they are clean and the room I was in was tastefully designed! The only draw back was the view! I asked to have a view of my car! All I could see is a squared blocked in area w/ doors and gravel. Couldn't see the road. I felt phobic. I changed rooms twice, out of my first assigned room w/ the dark graveled court yard view, which was as nice as the third room I had settled for w/ a roof view! And remember, I asked to have a view of my car! The second room was sort of dull looking it didn't pop for me. Especially for the price! And it had a roof view aswell.
The staff Dennis tried his darndest to accomodate me. Trying to figure which room had a parking lot view! The hotel is still new so I gave him a pass and settle in to my roof view room! I was comfortable after checking all window locks! Anyone can walk on a flat roof!Call it paranoia if you like! Ms Julie at Continental Breakfast is a Sweetie Pie, she made sure I had the foods that I like and eveything was working fine for me! Ms.Maryland was very pleasant and polite at check out! Location is safe! It's o the main drag and surprisingly quiet! A few miles from the hustle and bustle and aporox 8 miles from the beach! You will love the stay! I did.

We stayed for a funeral we were attending down the road and from the time we walked in the door the service was great!!! The two gentlemen at the counter were so helpful and very nice...we actually wanted to stay longer and if we could have we would. We will however be going back. The hotel is only about a minute from the outlets and I highly recommend staying here!!!

New/modern, extremely well managed, clean, comfortable and well-laid out and designed. I don't understand another reviewer saying it is "tired". Nothing could be further from the truth. Our room and the lobby, elevators, halls, etc. all looked upscale and brand new. Excellent breakfast with fresh variety of offerings, fresh fruit, good coffee and cutlery. Our room was a suite with a small, well appointed kitchenette including a dishwasher. Everything was spotless and in perfect working order. Free parking with the beach a 10-15 min. drive and lots of stores nearby. My husband especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool which was still open in mid-Oct. Staff were pleasant and responsive. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And yes there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee so factor that in if you bring a pet, but they tell you that up front and we found the room rate + pet fee to still be a really good value for the experience and facilities you are getting.

Stayed here on a week long business trip. Very nice room and amenities. Quite.

I did not stay in their rooms so can't review them, but I organized a meeting there with Meghan B. who is the Sales Coordinator. She is amazing, responsive, supportive, and generous. You can definitely rely on her. The meeting room is nice and good for 10-12 people . The hotel is clean and has nice ambiance. I would definitely recommend it.

Very clean and well-run pet friendly facility about 15 to 20 minutes from the beach. Close to outlets. If you book a few weeks ahead be sure to keep checking the price in the days before your free cancellation expires. I did so and saved over $100 on the booking rate for 4 nights in July by calling up Marriott and politely asking for the lower rate, which they verify online. This would be a rule of thumb for any Marriott property not just this one. You're welcome!

Comfortable! Comfortable! Home Comfortable. The staff was amazingly personable; from each member of the front desk, to the breakfast staff and on to housekeeping. The beach and Boardwalk are a double-digit Uber ride, not close enough for us.

We stayed here a few weeks ago for our anniversary, it was in the middle for us playing golf and where we wanted to go for dinner, perfect. The staff, especially Tiana at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel special for our quick get away!

That's the bed was comfortable although you can tell it was used often could probably be replaced. This is either a new Marriott or a updated one. I like the layout. I recognize it from other new Marriotts. The room was clean. We like the kitchen. The kids love the pool.

The wonderfulness of this hotel is not a fluke, it really is that great! My family and I have stayed here twice and both times were exceptional. The staff are great, the food is great, the rooms are great, the poop is great, and the bar and other facilities are great! WELL DONE!

We stayed here for our anniversary, and the staff was amazing. Left us a small gift in the room with a signed card from everyone. Was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was beautiful and they even upgraded us to suite! I love how the hotel was not in the middle of everything but yet still close to outlets ect. The breakfast was very good no complaints 5/5 will be back! Thank you!

Staff is nice and friendly .This place is clean and peaceful, and it has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable .

If I could go higher than a 5 I would. The room was excellent with a full kitchen. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcomed. Clean rooms and common areas and a very good breakfast. The employees actually liked helping people and took pride in their work. Something you don't often see from a hotel. Will stay there again for sure.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for my sons wedding. I can’t say enough about the staff and accommodations…. Very friendly and attentive to our needs and very accommodating with early check ins for those that needed it. They even gave us an anniversary card signed by staff and welcome bag. Great location for easy access to Rehoboth area!

Excellent outstanding Hotel. Super Clean, love the staff! Dog Friendly. Good Breakfast. The outside grounds and pool very nice. Definitely coming back to this location. I didn't get an upgrade, this time, because the Hotel was sold-out, but my Suite was good. I recommend staying on the high floors for a better view.

From the easy check in to the breakfast area and food. The detail from the ladies in the morning service are fantastic. The housekeeping was very accommodating since we had a dog. The hotel itself is great. They do need work on detail

Beautiful room with a kitchen bigger than some Manhattan apartments, complete with pots, pans and a full array of utensils if you actually hosted a dinner party. And a dishwasher! Found the couch a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Would absolutely stay there again.
