I stopped in for some new wiper blades. Jarrett was super helpful and honest about the options. He even popped the new ones on for me! Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful staff!

I used to go online and check prices at all of the parts stores around town, but they were always within pennies of each other. Because of that, I just use the Harkrider O'Reilly's because their customer service is SO much better than any other stores.

Justin is the man. I went to every other parts store in town including the dealer for a fuel clip that no one would even help me look for. But Justin was able to find it in store, in literally 5 minutes. Dudes a life saver and is super knowledgeable. Next time I need help, I will be reaching back out to Justin first. Please make sure to recognize him.

10/10. I highly recommend going to this store for anything car related when in Conway. I went to four other auto parts stores around Conway before coming to this location and Justin and Jarrett were super helpful and helped me within 5 minutes.

The guy working was more than helpful with finding out what was wrong w my.jeep. he tried his best whenever he didn't have to and stayed outside with me trying his hardest to diagnose the core of my issues. We didn't have any luck and still are dumbfounded but the effort meant a lot!! Definitely recommend visiting this store if you're needing insight or guidance!

Can't say much about the auto parts, since I've never shopped personally, buy I will say that they people here are wonderful! I delivered some catfish for doordash and they showed me a lot of love! Customer service without a doubt is 11/10

Another great experience at O'Reilly. The friendly staff let me know they were there to help, but weren't overwhelming or annoying like some places lol. I like to find things on my own.

UPDATE 4/29/21:
The location on Hogan had things I needed that were out of stock on Harkrider (once again) so I ordered from the Hogan Lane location. They put the wrong item in the bag so I came by here to replace the item with the correct one. The woman on the phone told me before I came by that I can do this but the employee told me I can't. I told him the woman just told me on the phone I can. Turns out the employee was new. Everything worked out fine.

UPDATE 4/10/21: Haven't been in 7+ months but I went back yesterday and they had even better customer service than what I remembered. Keep it up :).

Every time I've been they've been polite and helpful. I always know what I want when I go but they assist me by either bringing something out which I ordered online or by telling me where in the store I can find a certain type of product. Hopefully the rewards system is better than AutoZone. AutoZone's rewards system is very buggy and I contacted them about it but they didn't really do anything about my missing points. Same goes for product reviews (which also give points). They just vanish or fail to appear to begin with. It's also slightly closer to my house -- or at least easier to access because I don't have to go down Oak St to go to AutoZone if I go here instead.

Originally tried them out because I needed something AutoZone was out of stock of and then months later I needed wipers that are seemingly only sold at their store.

UPDATE: The first time I went I didn't do a price match on small things but only for something with a few dollar difference. This time I price matched something to save 55 cents. The employee "Trace" shrugged and sighed as if it wasn't worth his time for me to do that. Seems like he had an issue with me asking for a price match. His demeanor overall was just not very good. The guy who thinks he's a girl (forgot his name) had FAR BETTER customer service... same goes for the actual female.

This is only a few visits, one of them being months ago so for now I'll leave it at 5-stars. I will update this if necessary.

If they don't have what you need in stock it gets shipped to the store in a reasonable amount of time. And the prices beat other stores in the area.

The assistant manager Jarrett is hands down the best and most helpful parts guy around. I was sold every wrong part for my van from another company and waisted a whole night removing wrong parts. Jarrett took the time to find every part needed for my vehicle and had almost all of it in stock.

This guy deserves a raise O'Reillys!
I cant even explain how awesome this experience was.
This is now my parts store and he is the guy i will go to.
I will recommend this store to anyone from now on.

I went in to get a new battery and Juan helped me out. He got my cashed out and changed my battery really quickly, despite it being like 20 degrees outside. Great Service.

Great place to get parts this store has very Knowledgeable Staff. Their Knowledge save me over $200 in the past 6 months. Not mention the Gasoline I saved by not having to chase the parts down.

I stopped here to look for a windshield defroster, and then upon returning to my car, my serpentine belt broke. Raymond (the store manager) found the right part and replaced it for me (in the cold and rain, without a single gripe), and he only charged me for the part. He wouldn't accept any extra payment for the labor. "It's no problem. Just come back and see us," he said. Um, yeah, I'll be back.

Elizabeth, Trace, and Aaron are amazing! They have wonderful customer service skills and communication.

Always good customer service. Hate that they drop a customer to employee connection for a phone call, but that's how they do business.

New battery for 2017 Silverado $200 installed. I tipped $20 for the more complicated work on these newer models.
