IHOP

We had a great experience at the Cabot IHOP today. Food and service were excellent. This isn't an ordinary IHOP. It is much better and cleaner than the other ones that we have visited in the past. Our server, (I forgot his name) was excellent. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The food was hot and yummy. Love that they leave the pot of coffee on the table. As Senior Citizens we appreciate the Senior Citizen meals. They are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking is never an issue because they have a huge parking lot.

I love the fact this location is never swamped with people because I hate large crowds, it's always a pleasing atmosphere here. Liam was my server today and I was surprised he got my order right without even needing to write it down! Food was good too as always and didn't take forever to be delivered, it was super fast compared to the NLR location (oh that dreadful place!) So I prefer Cabot location!

Very convenient location!! Food was very good, and as busy as it was, we were served quickly!! We had a fantastic waitress - Jordan!! She was very attentive and helpful and patient!! We were never low on drinks, and she always checked in, to make sure we were doing ok!! Very impressed! For a new establishment, they are very organized and attentive!! Great job to our waitress, We hope to get her again on our next visit!! 😊

Food could have been warmer when served, but the very nice staff made up for that.

Wonderful service but food is no longer tasty. Presentation is downright hideous. I was told only one cook today. Ordered 2 boxes for takeaway after eating one dine-in. Upon arriving home, I opened the boxes. To my horror, portion of one box is only half of the other box. Shredded cheese is sparsely dumped onto the rice. Only sliver of pepper. Lesser beef and looks very pathetic. Avocado? One small cut instead of several slices like the one dined in. Shoddy work for takeaway purchase. All for $24.70 plus tax for 2 spicy shredded beef burrito bowl. Only one cook is a lame excuse. Quality of food and presentation has gone to the doghouse. Look at the pictures. It speaks a thousand words.

**Quality and quantity have worsen in my visit two weeks ago. Portion was reduced by 50% and tasted nasty.

Had a much better visit. Great food and wonderful staff. The waitress was one of the best I have encountered in a long time. Great job guys!!

The food is always good, and the service is typically quick even during a rush. The Swedish crepes are an amazing dish to try.

First time in a long time, this location didn't mess up an order, or take forever to greet at the door! We went on a Saturday morning, and we're pleased with food and service. Kay was our waitress, and she was outstanding!

My husband and myself went and had breakfast at the Cabot IHOP this morning. We had not been in years because the experience was bad. Today everyone was working so hard and very polite. The food was also delicious. We will be back.

We weren't greated, just left standing there. Then I told the person that seat us we were going to restroom. They took all our menus and crayons away and cleared table! Blaà waitress didn't even turn in our order. A waitress named Kay took over and fixed it. But we went to restroom again and told 4 ppl we were not done but they took out food again. But the food was great and Kay saved the morning!

From what I've seen this place doesn't get very busy. While in plain sight it does feel a bit like a hidden gem. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. I love stopping by here every now and then for a quick bite and a nice time.

It was awesomeness..just hard to wait long enough to take the pics before i ate!

Our waitress was Gabby. She was very helpful and incredibly sweet. I know how customers can be so I was amazed by her positive and lighthearted attitude throughout the entire time that we were there. She was full of smiles and ready to help with anything that we needed. By far the best waitress I've ever had. 5+ stars because of her!

My son and I stopped in for breakfast before our trip home back to Texas. Gabby was our server and she was wonderful. Great attitude, all smiles, and I would definitely have her as my favorite. They were short handed, but all worked together to keep everyone going and happy.

With the storm rolling through Cabot, most people lost power and came to this fine facility for food. With how busy it was and overhearing some negative comments the staff was still fast and very professional. Definitely a top tier place to eat at Cabot

Mom n I had breakfast at IHOP in Cabot Arkansas then headed to pawhuska Oklahoma for our try. Fast and friendly service. Breakfast was great. If u eat here u will not be disappointed and you won't leave hungry.
