This company answered NUMEROUS calls from a warranty company each time I contacted the warranty company to follow up on their mistake and inconsistent customer care. The company answered each and every time and dealt with the warranty company when I personally would have handed off to someone else for I am sure he had other costumers and business. We finally purchased a Water Heater from our own funds and hired Westbrook Plumbing for installment due to his loyalty shown and no regret! The only good part we gained from dealing with AHSW. Thank you Mr. Westbrook, and will refer you to whom may need plumbing in the future.

James was excellent!! I work in service (I repair medical laboratory automation systems) and am trained to know what good service looks like. He was professional, friendly, and timely. He called before hand to set expectations and delivered fully on those expectations. Would recommend his service to anyone!

Was assigned by home warranty company to come out for a leaking garbage disposal. He called the the next day and came out that same day. Friendly and professional. He arrived at the appointment time and replaced my garbage disposal in less than an hour. I would recommend him.

My faucet had low pressure. Mr. Westbrook did a great job explaining everything and fixed the water pressure with no problems. Very pleased.

Came to fix our faucets under home warranty. Did the work and then warranty said it wasn't covered. However, the faucets leaked worse after he left and he said it's because of the pressure regulator, which is covered, but we had to pay another service fee to get that fixed. Warranty company assigns the same plumber (who left our faucets worse after his work) and he refused to return because the warranty company didn't pay him for the first job. He told me we should pay him (even though it's still broken and we can't even turn our water on). Then he told me I don't understand plumbing. It seems to me someone who understands plumbing should get the fix right the first time and not blame the homeowner.

Home warranty company used this plumber. First american home warranty. I paid him and his coworker in cash and then the company failed to tell my HWC and I received a service fee bill. His work did not fix the problem, as it reoccured with a couple weeks and he is making me pay twice to get no work completed. He came to fix two continously running toilets, one is still running and other now has a non operational shut off valve somehow. I am feel like his work is shoddy and the company's ethics are worse.

Westbrook Plumbing was called out by my Home Warranty Company. A hair line crack had developed down the side of my toilet tank. Westbrook told the warranty company that the crack was near the top of the tank . Anyone who has ever opened the lid to a tank will know that water DOES NOT fill to the top of the tank due to an overflow pipe that PREVENTS THE WATER going to the top. The warrant company also said it that the plumber concluded that the crack was due to damage cause by the home owner that caused the crack. I am 48 years old and my children are grown and,like myself, hold the valve of our property with HIGH REGAURD. The plumber was nice and smiles to my wife but then threw her(us) under the bus by his conclusions. I find Westbrook Plumbing to be incompetent in their knowledge of plumbing and would not recommend them to ANYONE !

Terrible. Cancelled twice came and got service fee and then cancelled again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I don’t know why this guy would want to hurt me, but he did. Now I have no hot water heater because of his misrepresentation. I wouldn’t trust him. He is either a fraud or a moron.
