We got McDonald’s and we never get straws and today the lady at the window gave us a straw to be safe after handing us the bag

Very clean facility, employees and atmosphere is very welcoming, my food has always been fresh, hot and correct, that's hard to find these days. That's why I give them a 5 star review!

used drive thru to get my Carmel iced coffee, sorry don't eat there food is always cold

Fast, quick, and relatively cheap. Fast food, what more to say. Check the Big Mac or even better, Quarter Pound W/out Cheese. No cheese.

The food was actually better than it has been! Sometimes the food is unevenly cooked, but the last time I went, I noticed that it was really good! I'd say eat here but it might be a bit of you taking a chance. It really does depend what time of day you go.

I was thoroughly impressed this morning. I made a special request on my McGriddle and they handled it with a breeze and moved us right thru the drive thru line without delay. Keep up the good work!

The service was great the guy that took my order I think his name was Austin was polite and made sure my order was right. Best customer service I had from this type of restaurant. You need more employees like Austin. I changed my review from a 1 star to a 5...

We stopped in for fries and a drink. Needed a cool off break from riding the motorcycle.

They got my lunch time order right and accurate and also didn't have to wait long, of course I parked and went inside to order, cause I hate wasting gas sitting in drive thrus of any kind eff that.

Slow service, special orders always have to be sent back. I order the same 2 things 4/5 times a week and ALWAYS have to send it back. But it's all we got and I must have my McDonald's fix

Awesome grill cook..Jay davis. Came to the window to make sure her understood my order because I order double quarter with big Mac sauce and letting and tomato. Super awesome to take the time and make sure that I had what I wanted.

Always looking for a double fish sammich but this one employee in ft.smith ark kelly hwy!!! Is the most best contagious personality ever!!! If your having a day, seriously you need him!!

Newly remodeled. Fresh and clean. They have the board where you can place your order in the lobby. Their ice cream machine works! Lol!

I waited 45 mins, not a single employee came and washed my hands….what the heck is the employees must wash hands sign there for??? But I’m gonna give a 5 because y’all rock!

They where grate then people where grate the shift manager Brandon he was grate and the employees where grateand the lobby was awesome grate day at Mc Donald's

Quick friendly service they made a mistake on one of our sandwhiches but quickly fixed it always friendly staff when I go in

Alot better service recently used to always mess up my orders but last few time been good actually getting orders right
