AT&T Store

I have been working with Kaylee now for 3 days, and she has been absolutely amazing with me and my family!! We bought 2 new phones with her and she helped with everything possible and then some. She is absolutely amazing and we love her and her amazing work that she shows so much pride into!! thank you Ms kaylee!!

A great group of workers. Everyone was so nice and eager to help us. Kaylee was very kind and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure she made us feel special. She went above and beyond to help us with our request. Will always use this store for our ATT needs.

Great customer service! Came in on 12-16-23 to add a line and do an upgrade, they gave me some really good discounts and I can’t express enough how friendly and helpful the manager Kaitlen was, she is such an asset to this store!!Highly recommend! Good vibes in this store for sure!

Went in needing a phone replacement. Brittany came to us asking if she could help as we walked in the door. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience! She was amazing from start to finish. At&t isn't always the best but with an employee like her they will keep my business!!

Came in to add service to my old iPhone 6 and left with the newest model of the 6 only costing me an extra 1.99 a month, service costing nearly nothing! And the family plan my mom set us up on is as low as $45 (I believe 🤧) a month! Grab Ilisa — she’s the bomb!! Worked out all of our problems and questions, felt SO comfortable and fed honestly.

Kaitlyn Anderson the store manager was awesome , she went above and beyond just doing her job, professional service, she really need to be recognized for her service to the company.

I have always had amazing assistance from the store in batesville all employees are professional and kind. I have recently seen a lady come in acting aggressive towards Alissa and she handled the outburst better than I would of. I give this team props for every thing they do for this town. I recommend them on all sales

The people working at this location are great. Garry was especially knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew exactly how to help us so we didn't have to wait forever. He even stayed late to finalize our order. Give this guy a raise!

The manager was very great with us and friendly. Her customer service was by far the best 👌. She was very fast and friendly even in a busy environment. She paid attention to our needs and made her recommendations. Her expertise made my visit a breeze.

Jose helped us very soon after entering the store. He was very knowledgeable. We renewed our contract and bought 2 new phones during our visit. Jose was a super representative for the company.

we are very appropriative of at&t. No what the issue was Ilissa and Shelby had they were able to help in every way. even with the internet going down and the store being busy that the staff was extremely kind and dedicated to helping resolve the issues was even willing stay late to make sure we didn't go home empty handed. we never experienced that kind of assistance at any other company and proud to be part of at&t and looking forward to during future business.

I have an AT&T acct. but I went in to have another phone worked on. Some how my phone changed to a different language and I couldn’t do anything to change it back. The staff was so friendly and professional that they had my phone back to working order in no time. What a breath of fresh air to receive that kind of service at no cost. I’m hooked on AT&T.

Our experience with Llissa was great. She answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable about your products. Her customer service was top notch. She was very understanding and helpfully with our kid. She gave him colors and paper so he could color and stay busy.

Getting cell phone assistance over the internet is pretty much impossible. Batesville ATT store makes changing your carrier a positive experience, and the ATT plans sre great.

Amazing service, even though we showed up with a very complicated situation during a busy time of the day! Ilissa was super knowledgeable and professional. Phones and technology are usually my worst enemy, but she made the process so easy!

We went in for a simple fix and ended up getting amazing help with our bill. We were being charged overages monthly and Garry helped us get rid of all that and get the most for our money. He was excellent! I will ask for him personally every time now.
