AT&T Store

I love this store, super friendly and cute store manager. I just picked up all the phones I needed for Christmas! Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The manager offered deals I wasn’t aware of and was kind enough to help setup my new device even though the store was busy. All staff seemed genuinely happy to assist customers. Would definitely return!

I give it a 5 star because our Rep was very nice, got us in and out in no time and was very polite..

We were greeted and helped right after walking in the door. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Good choice of phones, in stock, and lots of accessories.

Our rep LaBrittini was very good. She helped us with everything we needed. She got me a good deal on my phone with a promotion and made sure we understood all the charges that we will have on our next bill.

I had the most knowledgeable help in Monticello. Kiria and Mary knew their jobs and answered every question I had and more knowledge than I thought to ask. I drove from McGehee to Monticello and I will recommend that store to all my friends looking for phones or if they have problems

Representatives were nice polite and efficient and taking care of the problem. Also they have patience with you and I don't have to wait 30 minutes to an hour before I get help it's always been less than 5 minutes for me thank you very much AT&T representative of Monticello Arkansas.

The AT&T office in Monticello, Arkansas has very helpful staff. Very friendly, professional & fast in getting my new iPhone 13 setup. I was completed in about 15 minutes! They are the best!

Auful!! If it wasn’t for your employee at your AT&T store in Monticello AR I would not be a customer like I’ve been for 25 years. I was paying my bill at your machine in your store.The first time it said it didn’t go thru so I ran it again. The second time it took it and gave me a receipt. I work at a bank and it went thru my account twice. I went to the store the next day to try and get this cleared up. The rep was on the phone with 5 different people for 1 1:2 hours. One person we talked to said they don’t see it at all. One person was so rude the rep could her them yelling at me from across the table. One said file a dispute at my bank. I work at that bank and do disputes. Disputes cost the bank money plus a lot of paperwork and employee’s time. I think you need to have training with employees that work in customer service. But please let the manager at the AT&T store in Monticello AR know that their employee went beyond the call of duty
