Julie was very attentive to what we were looking for. Additionally, she stayed connected to us throughout COVID! There was no pressure talking with her, and she was so accommodating 24/7. She has excellent customer service and getting her insight helped us in choosing our new home. We had certain criteria that limited our choices but she was able to help us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas/towns which is a key factor to any homeowner. We liked the fact that Julie previously lived in the area and she knew the history. In addition to her professionalism and her warmth, her great sense of humor makes it very easy to work with her. Her attention to detail is definitely a plus!

Not only did he find me exactly what I was looking for in my new home, he also took care of everything, including mortgage, insurance, contractors, etc. Weeks after I closed I had a problem and he was at my new house within the hour on a Friday before a holiday and took care of everything even though he didn’t have to. I give him my highest recommendation.

I was so grateful for the time Julie spent showing me houses and condos all over the Delaware shore area. Julie is an amazing realtor, her expertise and guidance went above and beyond what I ever could have expected.
She had so much patience with me through the many months I searched. My best friend would come on my epic searches, living across the Bay Bridge I had to setup appointments well in advance. Julie had to answer questions coming at her from two directions. Although I ended up not buying a property from Julie it was not her inability to find properties for me. I ended up relocating to Florida, I was done with the cold, snow and ice.

Our agent Luke was amazing start to finish! He walked us through the whole process so we could understand and made us feel like he was really trying to help us find a house, not just make a sell.
