Not only did Mr rob work with me on my down payment and get me monthly payments within my budget, but he was also very kind, patient and informative. He helped me search for the best insurance policy to save me money even tho he didnt have to and got me an extra warranty and insurance on my new car. My experience at Ar auto direct was nothing but amazing! The manager Rob was so helpful and helped me find a great reliable car with a price I could afford. He made sure to help me find insurance that I can afford as well!! Bought a 2013 gmc Sierra Denali from them great business to do any type of business with. It had a few issues with the truck like needing a windshield and a few other little cosmetic issues but they offered to have It fixed and they kept their word on everything!!! Overall great business and I'll definitely be back when I need another vehicle
