I'm an older lady, not athletic... I rarely feel comfortable at gyms. I felt no judgement here and can work out with my son without feeling like people are staring. I enjoyed it.

Gym is always clean and a great variety of equipment to use. Employees are nice and accommodating

So far I've had a great experience with the staff, had an issue with billing and they took care of it np. I plan on coming back as often as I can!

It's a great place to go if they would bring back late night for us people that can't get their through the day

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is enough equipment for use even when it is busy. The facility is clean.

The staff at PF is incredibly helpful. Cay demonstrated how to use the new treadmill and suggested another machine that would be suitable for my medical condition. Additionally, she informed me about the current on-site trainer. GREAT PLACE TO BE!!!

The staff is very friendly and always have nice things to say when I come in. The fitness trainer Alexis is incredible. I'm 61 years old, had 3 knee surgeries and a smudge (😊) over weight. I've been coming to the Pine Bluff location since July and Alexis has me doing squats without pain. I'm getting more toned and feel better about myself. It's such a privilege to have this available to me. Thank you Alexis for all you do for us

I've had memberships at Planet Fitness Centers in DC, Maryland, and Arkansas. My sister has one in Miami. We always note how clean, well managed and enjoyable the Pine Bluff location is. I love it there and look forward to growing as a member.

Such a Beautiful place. Grateful for me and daughter Coco to our trainer Alexis Parker she is our SHERO! And, knows what we need to get us healthy, and fit. The staff are very friendly easy to talk to and eager to help each client once entered into the building. I am so glad Planet Fitness has upgraded to great customer service. So, much better than before. To the District Managers please value your staff. They are worth your time, bonuses and what ever else they are entitled to.

You got to love them how could you not. They have all types of exercising equipment and it's literally a judge free zone. My favorite times to go was in the morning because there is less people there. Let's not forget about the water hydro machine oh my Lord that's the best machine in the building and the staff is friendly

Excellent place to stay in good health, with kind people all there to better themselves. It's an ideal setting for your goal to improve your health. Excellent personnel that goes above and beyond to enhance your experience. If you require assistance achieving your goals, they even have a personal trainer. The management there performs a great job, and everything in the physical aspects is to your advantage. They only have one maintenance worker for the entire state of Arkansas, so it can take some time to get something corrected, is the one and only problem I would have. Highly recommended, and if you sign up for a Blackcard membership, you can even bring a workout buddy for free.

The staff here are very helpful and customer service oriented. They equipment is clean and are all in working condition. If you have access to the message area for black card holders use it!! The water pressured message chair is great for sore muscles. Only thing to add is if they are mopping or have wet floor signs BE CAUTIOUS!! The floors are crazy slippery in the entryway and there aren't any mats down. My husband slipped pretty badly but the staff was very attentive in making sure he wasn't injured. We're greatfull for our gym, and it's staff. It's hard to find a gym you feel comfortable in, this place is diverse and you can workout in peace.

It’s huge inside, super nice, always clean, pricing is decent just makes sure you’re making your payments those late fees can really stack up on ya. Employees always there and very helpful. The machines are up to date and very easy to understand with plenty of options to choose from. You don’t have to know what you’re doing they have personal trainers there to help you as well. Give it a shot. Happy training!

I am actually updating my review. I noticed only FOX news was allowed to be shown at the facility. I addressed my concern with the Corporate office a month ago. I returned today nothing was changed. All three cable channels used to be shown. I will cancel membership tomorrow. I have an issue with the bias imo from this channel. I believe there should be equal representation or none. Thank you.

One of the best services to hit the Bluff ! With PF low prices, it has allow more people to join the fitness craze. The other fitness center was too expensive for many people. Nice clean building with plenty of machines to workout and a friendly staff. A fitness center for ages. Youth 13-14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out.

When I need to unwind and get stress out of my system I go to Planet Fitness. The service is great and no lines to use any of the equipment. Being a Black Card member I am able to have full access to the massage chairs and Hydro Massage Bed which is a perk included with this membership. Relax and unwind. This is the place to do it.

I like my experience besides the workers harassing me about parking a spot that supposed to be wheelchair accessible but has NO SIGN there at all and I’m disabled as well I’ve had brain surgery in July 2022 I’m may not look handicapped I’m trying to get my mobility back but Pine Bluff good
