Customer representative was very helpful when I call about staffing at the E-ZPASSMA. She was able to answer my questions and was very polite.

saturday night while driving west on route 2 came close to falling asleep right at the flashing light at the section where the road goes from two lanes to one. just before that ,thier is a guard rail on the right it is a straight section,no bumper or cushing if hit my car would been split length wise and killed instantly. Sand barrels or shock barriers my save a life some day or might you, thanks.

A MassDOT construction inspector (Matthew Coughlin) assaulted me in Chicopee MA on November 14th, 2021 on video. He lied to responding police officers and was charged with assault and battery. Mr. Coughlin lied under oath numerous times about this incident. Does MassDOT condone violence? Does MassDOT usually employ criminals? What steps have been taken to ensure the safety of Mr. Coughlin's coworkers and the citizens he interacts with? I'm happy to share the video evidence, police reports, and photographic evidence.

Dear Mass DOT. Your roads are a nightmare. Somehow they're always under construction but still look like a mini version of the Dakota Badlands. From major roads to back country roads, they are atrocious. I often drive over the boarder from NH to MA on highways, main roads, and back roads, and even if I'm driving down a back road with no state border sign, I can tell right away when I get into MA because the road goes from nicely paved to full of potholes. I'm literally scared to drive over several bridges, like the 495 double-decker bridge that crosses the Merrimack near the North Andover/Lawrence line. With the condition of your roads, and Boston big dig history, it seems like only a matter of time before one of your bridge collapses and several vehicles plunge into a river. Get your roads in shape!

One star is one too many. Literally the WORST experience ever !
They robbed me of my time and money.
Not only did they mess up the time of my appt TWICE but send me home after I spend so much money on my documents ( I went to get my foreign license converted) with nothing !!
Because I took time off of work for all this I called multiple times to double check what I needed but quiet clearly nobody knows what they’re talking about and obviously don’t care, and when I got their they said that my proof of address couldn’t be older than 30 days which NOBODY mentioned even once on the phone. Now I lost 2 hours and $250 for nothing.
Extremely inconvenient and horrible costumer service.

You really wonder why I don’t donate a single cent of my money to anything state related. Because you completely neglect everyone. I don’t see a bill come in for my pay by plate and the next week smack a 21 dollar fee. That’s your donation, enjoy !

A white lady of MassDOT HR told me they only hire interns who work for MassDOT for entry-level jobs. If you do not work for MassDOT as interns, it is hard for you to get entry-level jobs here. This white lady also said her son could not find a job so you may not find a job easily too... WTF, why this lady of HR would use her son's issue on me?

Trash roads. Might be the worst in the country. How can New Hampshire have ten times better roads and yet they don't have state or excise tax. Keep padding them pockets

what's the point of posting a phone number if you're going to just hide behind automated phone recordings?!?! It's impossible to get in contact with another human to assist you......
