Quiet, clean, safe and secure. Excellent location. Close to the beach, outlets, and even the hospital. Wonderful neighbors keep an eye out for each other. Beautiful pools in the summer. Charcoal BBQ area with picnic tables and overhead coverage. Basketball and sand volleyball courts, in addition to playground and swings for the children.

First I have to say the community is very well maintained. The young ladies in the office very polite friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I just got a lot for the summer. Please go to the website and check sea air village.

Booked a week before arrival for this July weekend. Received all instructions by email. Arrived with our RV, hooked up, stayed 3 nights. Lovely, quiet Mobil home community with a couple of rows for RVs. Comfortable, lovely pool. Never saw management and didn't need to. Excellent location, near outlet mall, restaurants, entertainment. Terrific experience!

Awesome pool and friendly neighbors. It is a great year round place to live. You can't beat the location, it is close to grocery stores, outlet shopping, great restaurants and the beach.

We have been seasonal here for the past few years. Our home base at the beach! Such a hidden treasure.

My uncle lives here and we love it! The pool is awesome! My kids have made friends & the community has welcomed us with open arms! Favorite vacation spot!

What a lovely little community, I enjoyed my visit with friends, and was refreshed at the pool!

I had a really good time everyone is nice. the swimming pool is good the park is great .its really nice and friendly quite people all around.the beach is close by. shopping centers grocery stores restaurants are right there .its really a nice area and pleasant people everywhere.

Best place to have your RV or retirement home.

Nice park for weekend or extended stay. Volleyball, basketball, swimming pool and nice walking area. Very close to Rehobath Beach area.

The best place I have ever camped at was there for the first time 3 yrs,ago,Had a small camper loved it so much I upgraded to a bigger one.So I can be there more.The manger Kathy Krecker is the best any problems just ask her and she will take care of them.She is the best

Very clean quiet park. Well maintained and kept up. Very friendly people and staff.

I think it's a great community many activities kid and pet friendly and the office staff are great.

Friends have place there and i visit alot, great pool and showers, walking distance to shore buss !!
