Barry and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. He was incredibly responsive, came out a couple days later, provided a very reasonable quote, and then completed the job on time and as scheduled. The new roof has brought life back to my 100 year old house. Barry and his crew were professional, showed great attention to detail and left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. I had a leak in my roof that worked its way down to the ground floor above one of my doorways, and called Barry the next morning. He was able to come over just a few hours later and apply new sealant over the leaking areas, and reseal a skylight that also had a small leak. He took pictures of the problem areas and explained everything he was doing.

His quick response helped prevent further damage to my house from the rains forecast for later in the week, and I strongly recommend him for any roofing needs.

Called Barry on a Saturday afternoon and he was here the next morning. Had some damaged roof shingles and he came out and fixed them perfectly. He was super nice and we felt very comfortable telling him exactly what we needed. He was so polite and very professional. Got the job done super quick. The recent storm took some shingles off our roof causing rain to come in! I called and someone was out within the hour. Bonus points for reasonable pricing! Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

I talk to the office they came down and gave me such a good price that didn't think was real but found out someone was looking for honest day pay for honest days work he said he would be here 7 am looked out my door at 645 he had guys here waiting to start at 7 on dot work was fantastic had 7 guys here and roof is finished withing day so use them keep a good company working we need more of them so I want to say thank you but figured I do it on here so everyone can see

Called Barry about a roof repair and he was out within the next couple of days to do the work. He was on time and went above and beyond what we had originally discussed, saving me some money on additional siding work. He also took pictures of his work so I could see the before and after. Maynard Roofing came to my family by word of mouth as they are reasonably priced AND professional. My first impression of them at the start of day #1 (of two) was that they are extremely friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and conscience of our property.

My best friend did roofing for many years and taught me a bit, so, as to not look obvious, I observed their work progression. What I can say is that they never once attempted to cut corners, to the contrary they did everything requested better than we expected. In fact, I was personally impressed that they actually took the time to hammer down everything by hand rather than utilizing an air compressor and nail gun as this prevents potential blow offs caused by the compressors psi pushing the nails to far through the shingles and tearing them.

The crew took great care as to keep the area clean of debris and stray nails. Upon completion, Barry (owner) personally performed a walk around to be sure the yard was property cleaned up. The roof looks solid, I'm very happy that my money was well spent.

Excellent service! I called several companies to come out and look at leak i was having that was coming into the house. Maynard Roofing was the only company that came same day I called to at least look at the roof and possibly let me know the problem and an estimate. They ended up putting down some sealer to see if that would stop the leak at NO CHARGE! Told me to call him back if the leak was still there. How often does anyone do this! I will absolutely call this company back if i have problems. The crew was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

In the past Maynard Roofing replaced the roof on our house and our garage. A few years back Lee put a roof on our shed. We recently built a pavilion and had Lee come back to put a roof on that. Maynard Roofing will always get our business.
