Vitality Veterinary of Swansea

Vitality Vet is very caring and professional. They go out of their way to make sure both pet and owners are comfortable. They explain everything and do not mind answering any and all questions. They include you in every decision and do not try to push anything on you. Due to my vet closing, my dog was overdue on his annual checkup and vaccinations. There was no judgment. I also believe they are very aware of the high cost of vet care and make every effort to try to keep the cost to a minimum. My 100lb dog was so anxious and unruly, they couldn't do a part of the examination and they waived the office visit cost and only charged me for the test they were able to do and the medicine for his next visit. They very well could have charged me for an office visit. We were there for an hour. Their fees are also lower than a lot of other veterinary clinics and their level of care is superior. I am super confident in their care and plan to keep going to them for as long as I continue to have pets.

I love ❤ how they take their time with each one of my girls no matter if they are sick or going in for their annual check… Everyone is so friendly and caring about you and ur animals I love this place and tell everyone about them,they are cheap too compared to most vets. My 15 yo Chihuahua was in terrible pain with a tooth abscess. Dr. Marcos was wonderful to take care of this emergency. He was gentle and compassionate with my little best friend. She improved quickly with the antibiotics. Thank you.

I have been bringing Faith my finacee and my lab to vitality for at least eight years, give or take. They used to be across the plaza. I also miss my family and friend 10% discount that I had. Originally, Dr. Michelle V. Bourque was Faith Dr. Until she had to go through her personal medical issues. She helped Faith get in remission from kidney failure and pancreatitis. Dr. Bourque was always email away and walked me through process and steps to Faith recovery at the time. Then, most recently, Dr. Tyler Reese, who doesn't work at Vitality anymore, has helped Faith get at the right dose of insulin and helped her get through parasites. Dr. Reese also helped with my mom cat Buddy with shots, constipation, fleas and etc. Dr. Reese helped my fiancee and I with our five pets and the flea outbreak. Dr. Pamela Ziolkowski helped with Faith eye removal surgery and monitored a new lump. Dr. Zoryan Rodriguez Feliciano, I got to meet for the first time. 6/24 I feel like she went above and beyond getting Faith 4.5cm lump to be drained. Possibly saved Faith from surgery, hopefully.
Dr. Kristina Harpin has helped Salem, my fiancee, and my cat get on the right dose of insulin and diet. I'm pretty sure she has also helped with an appt or two with Faith and / or Lizzie, our Pitbull Terrier Mix.
The techs Samatha, Jess, Candace, and Bob have all helped to. From having to carry Faith in and care for all pets I have brought in.

Sorry if I missed your name, but overall, I have never had an issue with anyone. I always feel like everyone treats my pets like their family pet. I know they are in good hands even when during the pandemic we couldn't go in or when I had left a pet for a day. Yeah, it hurts there like my child, but I always knew they were in amazing hands. I tend to overthink everything, but you guys make whatever situation I thought was gonna turn out worse to turn out always better than expected.

There one time a long time ago I had to reach out to the regional manager and I was credited for whatever reason was for once a long time ago.

Overall, you guys are amazing, and your work doesn't go unappreciated or notices. Thank you so very much.

Leia is TERRIFIED of the vet but Dr. Reese is so good with her, unfortunately she is a frequent patient here due to her impeccable sense of smell and high prey drive. She had her eye removed here and although I was so incredibly worried and sad this had to happen, they did a wonderful job and made sure she had everything she needed and calmed her over anxious mama down. The staff here is so patient and kind here and truly love what they do and everything is reasonably priced and despite her dramatic show she puts on when we arrive (lays down and howls, typical of a beagle mix), she is content once we get in the room, she gets her pets and her cookies.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff! Not only are they amazing with my puppy but they are so nice to speak with both over the phone and in person. You can tell that everyone at Vitality cares and enjoys working there!

They were all pleasant. I had so much anxiety knowing my baby was sick, but they made me feel comfortable and they helped him…LOVE THIS PLACE!

Ms Madison needed a trim in so many ways. Rob did a great job getting rid of her mats, giving her a Lion cut and a nail trim. Madison loves her fur but it was getting uncomfortable for her.because her last vet, not at Vitality, didn't complete the job So she might have had mats for longer than I thought. Rob made sure she had a furry tail and kept the fur around her head and it's obvious she feels SO good. We now call her the Lion Queen. Here are before and after photos.

My pet got top-notch care at a very reasonable price. The vet and her tech are kind, patient, and understanding. They are totally nonjudgmental! I was anxious about this visit, but my anxiety was gone as soon as the exam began. My usually high-anxiety, 9 year old female cat, did great and slept peacefully for the 60 mile drive home. I used to go to their Attleboro location, but it’s worth the drive to go to Swansea. I even had a nice chat with the practice manager, who reached out the next day to follow up. Amazing.

As soon as we walk through the door we are welcomed with open arms. Everyone is friendly, professional and truly cares about my pup. We recently had him neutered and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The procedure and lab work were thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered well by the staff. My pup loves coming to the vet, even after receiving vaccines. Every time we get out of the car after we pull up he heads straight to to door. I am so pleased with Vitality and recommend anyone who is looking for a veterinary service to call them.

Vitality Veterinary of Swansea is a great place to go for veterinary services. I have been to other places that have charged double or more of what I have paid here (and my dog has had surgery here). Also, the service is amazing. Everyone is conscientious, efficient, and kind. Thank you, Vitality, for providing outstanding service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vitality Vet. They are always so kind and caring with my cats, and I trust the care they are given. The prices are fantastic too, $35 for an annual visit or sick visit (not including vaccines). I recommend to all of my friends!
