Best experience I’ve ever had car shopping! Every one that works there is wicked nice and friendly. Seeing as I was buying a used car it needed a few things fixed so I didn’t get to look at or and test drive it for a few days while it was being worked on and they were very apologetic and thanked me for my patients which they didn’t have to do! Got a great deal on my trade in and got an amazing deal on my Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel! I read the reviews before going and the negative reviews seemed like spammers and the only legitimate one the person did seem to understand that if something goes wrong 6 months after you buy a car the lemon law no longer apply and the issues are your responsibility at that point, it’s a used car not a brand new car from the dealer with a factory warranty! I would highly recommend New England cars to anyone in the market for a car, no dealers around can beat their prices! I’d give 10 stars if I could, being a mechanic student I’ve helped all my friends buy cars and I have bought quite a few cars and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would buy a other car from them anytime! Anyone I know looking for a car I will be sending their way!

Just purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from New England Cars and am extremely happy with the experience. As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and some anxiety about the process, but both Rhody and Sophia were very personable and helpful. They were happy to work with my mechanic so he could take a look at the car before the purchase, and Rhody sat with me while i called my insurance agency to change my policy. I was expecting to be stressed out with all the paperwork but they handled 99% of it for me. They were also willing to work around my job schedule so that inspection could be done on time. Very very satisfied!

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from New England Cars about a month ago. I came by myself as a younger female and never felt pressured. Rudy listened to what I was looking for and respected my budget. There were no awful sales tactics. I left with a great car at a fair price and I know this because I did thorough research before coming in. They let me bring the car to my mechanic in Milford and the minor concerns were taken care of with no haggling on the already agreed upon price. Rudy was sure to share any known issues with the cars. They were kind, honest, professional, organized and had good communication. I would not hesitate to buy from New England Cars again. I refered a friend and they found the same positive experience and have also purchased from them!!

I came to New England Auto to buy a car for the first time. I felt there were no games and got the chance to discuss things with the owner. There were great prices on cars and SUVs, with very decent mileage. I was very short for time but long story short, Rody made sure to help me get what I needed in time for moving out of state! I got assistance in registering the car the same day I bought it and haven’t had any issues since. When the time comes for a new car, I will definitely start from New England Cars! I was very pleased with the service I received purchasing my son a used Ford (F 150?).. I think please don’t tell my son lol. However things went very smoothly everything was completed for me in a reasonable time frame and the car was cleaned and detailed to my son’s liking. The truck sounds and look good.. mind you the young sexy sales person wasn’t so bad either. So if ur looking for a used car I highly recommend checking the place out!!

Buying my first minivan ended up being a fun experience at this dealership. With twins on the way I wasn't sure what we needed, but this 2013 grand caravan fit the bill. Anthony was laid back and no pressure from start to finish, with a good sense of humor (which my old Nissan Quest trade in required).
