Excellent place for dinner.
We had appetizer Trio, Blt and chicken sandwich. Everything was great. Waitress was very friendly.
I also hadvthe Winter punch, a very good drink.

I have probably been to the restaurant about 10 times over the years dating back before the addition was added.
It has been a while, maybe a couple years, or longer. The Covid years have confused history.
But I was pleasantly surprised at the tasty lunch we had and the value for the price.
There were 4 of us and we all seemed to have a very pleasant meal.
We will probably be back much sooner for another lunch.

This is a cozy place that takes me back to childhood. The menu has lots of variety and all of it is executed well. You can tell that it is a scratch kitchen .Of course, sometimes nothing hits like a turkey dinner. Kid-friendly, too. Please never change.

Courtney did a great job she is an excellent bartender. I had a Texas burger with curly fries and some wings everything was superb and the food was unbelievably delicious

I've been here a few times and every time has been great. The food has always been good. My servers were always super nice and it's a very comfortable place to go to. Briana was our server last time and she was totally on point. This is a neighborhood restaurant that's been around for a while and it shows. It has a nice bar with a couple of big screens for the game, but I wouldn't call it a sports bar , but it is New England so any bar is a sports bar lol. They also have Keno, so try your luck and you might be able to pay for your food with your winnings. My family and I have tried several different dishes from seafood, appetizers, sandwiches, and never had an issue, and I'm picky. I worked two decades in the restaurant industry in Rhode Island and South Florida from cooking, serving, bartending, and everything else so, I kinda know what I'm talking about. I really like this place.

We just drove into town after a long day and landed here. Such a good choice! Large restaurant, no waiting. Food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Our waitress was perfect. Great casual place to have a good meal!

Awesome friendly staff and environment, amazing food, large menu and drinks, and quick service! Highly recommend! This will now be my new go to spot!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered the baked onion soup and a Philly Cheesesteak. The onion soup was really exceptional, great flavor and a good amount of stock. The Cheesesteak was very good, fresh bread and very good taste. On a scale from 0-10 o would rate this 8.6.

Service. The Whole Belly Clams were oh so Sweet and Sweet Potato Fries were excellent. Loved the coleslaw light and Delicious.

The Smokey Mountain was a Great Sandwich and full of Flavor. The Sauce is rich and delicious. The Chicken was Juicy and Tender.

We will be Back and try each item on the Menu.

I had the Minestrone soup to go and a serving of Grapenut Pudding. Both delicious.

The french onion soup and prime rib are excellent! Best I've ever had. The bar area is cozy. I've also tried the roast beef sandwich in the past which was also very good.

It was very busy so it was quite loud but excellent food and service 👌

I go about 2-3 times per week. The prime rib is absolutely the best. Fish & Chips. Whatever I order it is tremendous. I'm in there so much it's like family. Wait staff outstanding. Friendly, polite and all go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is a great one. The atmosphere is pleasant, very clean at all times. I hate dining alone but here I come in and get greeted like family so I'm very comfortable eating alone. The portions are huge.

They are excellent. My wife, son, and I love the homemade food and excellent service. Desserts rock.

I absolutely love eating here! Their roast beef dip sandwich is divine and my parents love the fish and chips. Such a local gem.

1st time here and will go back. Food was great and priced reasonably. Hubby had prime rib and it was great and i had the french dip deluxe and it was fantastic.

Frequently go to the Roast House. Brought a girlfriend yesterday who was visiting for the 1st time. She ordered the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed and was 100 percent delighted! She commented on it's juiciness and enjoyed every bite. I had the clam roll. Tasty and would order again but it was only warm - not hot. Could have sent it back but didn't want my friend to be waiting on me so kept my mouth shut also the clams were skinny and a bit sandy - not bad. I still enjoyed it. The Roast House is a family oriented restaurant. 1st time for lunch. Just a nice, home cooking (no clean up) comfortable place to go Try it

My only problem is, waitresses want an extra tip,,i think this is inappropriate,,we all wotk hard too,,the economy is terrible

They definitely need help with when you get something off the skillet the whole place smokes up and it's saturates our clothes not a good thing when you go out somewhere after lunch smelling like because of

I been here twice. First-time fish and chips were great. Portuguese mussels were great, too. 2nd time fried seafood plate was good along with white new England chowder. Coca cola zero hard to get, but they carry it, which is a plus for me. Today I tried oreo Cake it was more chocolate than oreo, in my opinion. The food service has been great both times.

We stopped in for dinner after a long day of soccer games. We are not from the area and we're pleasantly surprised with the options and quality. Our server was very nice and attentive. We started with taco nachos and calamari. The kid's loved them both! We ordered one kid's meal, a steak, the French dip deluxe and the roast beef dinner. Good prices and portions. We all enjoyed the food. If we return to the area I would definitely stop in again.
