Excellent French restaurant that is equally adept at preparing fine dining dishes as they are with a good old hot dog. They have outdoor seating and even a takeout window, and the proximity to Lippitt Park makes it a fantastic place to grab some food and take it for a picnic. I had a couple hot dogs with a variety of their great toppings, and I have to say I never thought I’d be happy to drop $6+ on a hot dog anywhere outside of a ballpark. Everything about them was amazing, the hot dog itself was clearly high quality and the toppings were flavorful and delicious. Their coleslaw and potato salad were excellent as well. I look forward to coming back and giving the fancier side of their menu a try!

Whenever we drive up to Boston we try to stop here. Both sides of the Alsace-Lorraine themed restaurant are fantastic. Stop by the Wurst Kitchen at lunch for some tasty German sausage. Or sup at Chez Pascal's fine French dining room with great wine pairings in the evenings - both options are fresh, pleasant, and delctable!

Happening spot, friendly staff. Enjoyed the romantic outdoor seating in the evening with all the bistro lights.

Their sausage was excellent--and so cool that it had its own custom-designed trays-- but the real winner was the burrata (from their seasonal menu?). Cheesy goodness to the max.

Good cider and plenty of gluten free options to choose from make this a fine addition to the restaurants in the area.

Hands down the best staff and top notch service in New England. Everyone، working there is welcoming and they go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. All check on you and make sure you are extremely well served. I had a pasta and cake for dessert. Food quality is excellent. There is a roof top and side walk sitting. I sat outside and it was very pleasant.

Great spot featuring food from two restaurants till renovations are completed next door. I ended up getting a stew consisting of basically every meat on the menu from chez pascal and a hot dog from the wurst kitchen menu. Surprisingly i enjoyed the hot dog more - those are seriously good dogs!

At first sight it seems an odd combination; French cuisine with a Wurst kitchen. However, a selection of sausages makes a great starter to share. Then we moved onto the French dishes for the entrees. None in the group had anything but praise for the entire meal. With friendly service, this definitely a restaurant on the list for a return visit.

This is my third time here to eat and my first time trying the annual brunch. Without fail it has been amazing! The braised beef pot pie was phenomenal as were the English muffin and almond bun. I highly recommend it!

Chez Pascal is always an exceptional experience. From the more casual fare of the Wurst Kitchen to the delicacies of the main dining menu, I've never tasted any food that wasn't amazing. The staff are warm and competent. Many have worked there for years, a testament to the owners. The food is local and fresh. The food is awesome, the people are awesome, the atmosphere is awesome.

Great spot that I’ve been frequenting for years. I have yet to have a dish or drink from them that didn’t excite me. The staff are the best I’ve ever come across, balancing neighborly friendliness and knowledgeable professionalism.

And PLEASE - whenever Matt does a “funky” dessert (cake w blue cheese, asparagus ice cream, etc.), be brave and try it. I’m always amazed by how he makes flavors work that I never would’ve imagined.

I have not been for the Chez Pascal side, so I can't comment there. But The Wurst Kitchen will always have a sentimental spot in my heart, as it's the first lunch I had in Providence on moving here a few years ago. The brats are great. And the serving size is, to my mind, perfect. For reference, though, it should be recognized that the brats aren't huge, and they leave me still wanting a little bit more. I appreciate that in restaurants, though.

Have you ever had incredible cold weather food? I'm not sure I had prior to swinging by to enjoy the Apres Ski dishes at Chez Pascal this weekend. This was such a delicious, beautifully presented meal. I highly recommend the brownies and the mulled wine, and if you're up for it, the apres ski sampler. It's well worth working through all the different flavors.

Delicious! Very family centric eatery, yes great service and outstanding food. I feel it was priced right for what you got. We had a celebre Tory dinner here with apps, main course and dessert and everything was fabulous. Cannot say enough about the service or the food.

My friend and I dined at Chez Pascal / the Wurst Kitchen this past weekend. If you dine OUTSIDE both menus are available to you! If you dine inside, you must make a choice prior to dining. Both options are great- but very, very different dining experiences. Since this was my first visit, we ordered a sausage an appetizer off the “Wurst” menu and an entree from Chez Pascal. The scallops were delicious!

This review is specifically for The Wurst Kitchen, which is an addon to Chez Pascal.

A fantastic out of the way place for lunch. The restaurant claims their sausages are all made on site and their flavor and appearance backup that claim. Each sausage comes with a specially designed set of toppings and sauces which compliment the sausage well. Even our daughter's house made Hot Dog was "the best hot dog ever." (After trying it, we concurred with her on account that the saltiness was well balanced and the flavor was most pleasant. They have dine in, or a take out window perfect for eating at the park across the street. Prices are about $9-10 per sausage. They also have a mix of everyday sausages with some rotating special flavors. Absolutely intend to visit again on my next trip to Providence.

We were visiting RI from FL and wanted to try some of the local fare. Glad we did. Unique experience, nice and knowledgeable service, but most importantly the food was exceptional. I had the meatloaf sandwich, wife had the pastrami, and the kids had the hot dogs made in house... I had a bite of everything. The portions were perfect for both lunch time and my waistline, and every single bite was delicious! We will seek this place out again next time we visit... it's one of those places you never forget.

I loved my dinner here, I had the crispy duck, it was delicious! then I went back the next day for gornet burger night and could not have been more pleased. This is very good food, excellent service and a menu that is fun to read and explore.

Best cheese board of anywhere. Appetizers, entrees, and desserts were delicious. Bread basket is extremely bland, despite offering 3 varieties. But excellent overall. We've never been disappointed.

I was introduced to Chez Pascal over the summer. My friend and I had such a delightful time here. The food was so out of my wheelhouse, but I had a fish entree that was perfect. We shared wine that night and the servers were sweet and their timing for everything all night was spot on.

So I tried the Wurst Kitchen for the first time on Friday, April 27, after living in the area for more than a year. I just was never in the mood for a hotdog. But that was wrong thinking. I should've come ages ago. Try the hot link. The bacon jam is amazing. The pork sausage with wilted greens is great too but definitely more subtle flavors. I'll be back to try them all.
