CSM is a no brainer decision! Jose and his team were so accommodating to any and all of our questions throughout the process of outfitting our new personal training studio. We gave them a tentative list of equipment we wanted and showed them the blueprint of our space and not only did they source the perfect equipment for us but also gave us a mock layout for where to place everything! When we wanted to make changes to our order they were flexible and accommodated without a problem. Their setup team is so knowledgeable (and freakishly strong lol) and got everything set up/moved around so efficiently. Literally look no further, they are the GOAT.

I bought this piece of gym equipment from CSM equipment last week. The equipment is gym quality and is second to none. But that is not what impressed me most. What impressed me was the service. Jose is a friendly, hard working man and he was willing to do whatever it took to give me what I needed and at a price way less expensive than I would have imagined. I set an appointment to have the equipment delivered and five days later, his guys showed up and assembled it and took some other stuff that I had here away. I purchased a remanufactured Precor EFX from CSM Fitness in October of 2022. It was my first time working with Jose and his team so I didn’t quite know what to expect. What I got was exactly as promised; a quality piece of gym equipment that was in even better shape than I expected. There was no additional charges for delivery and the moving team showed up at the promised day and time and installed the EFX inside our home with care and expertise.

Now it’s six months later and we are moving. I called Jose and asked if he could send his team back to just move the EFX into the garage as we will be taking it with us. Jose was delighted to do that and when I asked for an invoice he said no charge! Keep in mind that this elliptical machine weighs in excess of 300 pounds. There is no way I could handle it on my own.

All in all I was delighted with my experience with CSM from start to finish. The quality of the merchandise and expert care I received was unparalleled. I only wish I could take CSM with me to our new home so I could continue working with them.

CSM was great to work with! The prices were competitive and responses were fast. I had one minor issue with a treadmill and their service team was out within the week to fix it. While they were here they also gave me advice on how maintain the treadmill optimally. I definitely recommend them.

Just purchased a commercial grade elliptical from these guys, and I am very happy so far. I have a 2012 Honda Odyssey Mini Van and was told the machine would not fit, even with all of the seats out. I am thrilled they obliged my insistence for them to try to make it work. I was planning to have part of it hanging out of the back with the trunk door tied down for the 3.5 mile drive back to my house. To my absolute delight (and prediction) the entire machine fit beautifully in the Van with no issue at all. All doors closed and we did not have to use the rope. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but for the convenience of location and the help loading it, I could not be happier!! Now the challenge is to get it out...

One of the absolute best purchasing and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
