Best independent wine shop in Providence by a long-shot. Been coming here off and on for years, and they always have wines I've never seen anywhere else from independent producers. The buyers meticulous pick small old-world producers and interesting new world picks. I am always confident the staff really understand the wines sold, and they are the best offering the perfect recommendation for a special occasion. Small but confident selection of craft beers and liquors with unusual picks.

Stop if you're in the neighborhood!

love the selection and the same-day trader joes receipt discount! cozy, down-to-earth place. 9 times out of 10 the staff is so lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I prefer this place to the new place by trader joes by a MILE, so I wouldn't give anything less than 5 stars. there's one man who's gone out of his way to help me find delicious, affordable, interesting wines to match whatever i'm cooking. campus has really helped in expanding my wine horizons!

however, and I'm sorry to say this, but occasionally a few of the people they hire are a bit less than polite. again, not the norm for me, but since they just randomly choose not to apply the tj discount/apply the rewards to my account because they're in a bad mood, it's kind of disappointing. otherwise it's a really really great place.

I can not say how much I love this place. They are my absolute favorite people. Every single person in that store goes above and beyond to get to know who YOU are and ensure you are buying what you actually want. My entire wine mind has been opened since I started going there. I have tried things I might never have even looked at..(and LOVED them). It is the most personal shopping experience....wine tastings on Fridays...the buy one get one 50% off section...the under 15 dollar table and then the other wines that vary in price points...but everything is so GOOD!! They help you find cool stuff within your price range but also educate you and open you up to new things. 10 ⭐

The best liquor store in RI. They have a fantastic selection of wine, cider, beer, liquor, and NA drinks. The staff could not be more kind and helpful. On the rare occasion they don’t have something I want, they order it for me. They also have great tastings on Fridays and Saturdays. And dog friendly!

I love this shop... maybe too much haha. They have special, more pricey wines and also excellent bottles under $15 - Plus a great selection of beers and non-alc treats. But I also love the neighborly vibe - everyone at Campus is wonderful and super-knowledgeable. There's always something new there, they do fantastic windows and have the best gifts - the hand-blown smiling face glasses there right now are SO GOOD. I feel so lucky they are my local wine shop!

Campus is a top tier neighborhood store with an excellent selection of wine. Ask any associate there, and they’ll give you the perfect pairing for whatever you need. Great selection of beers too for when I’m not feeling wine. Not to mention, they have a rewards program. What beats that?!

Was helped by Andrew (incredibly charismatic) who had a seriously impressive knowledge of fine wines and was able to help me find one of the best wines I've ever tasted. Surprised he's not a sommelier!

Love this place - can't recommend enough!

Campus is a special place... I have had countless amazing wines recommended to me by staff - most bought to impress friends, but all bought again for my own enjoyment. Here I am, sitting in NJ still thinking about that Furlani... will I ever find a wine store as dynamic as Campus? I am not sure...

I don't drink. I'm super thrilled that I don't, that doesn't mean I don't need wine for guests or non-alcoholic beer for sober -curious friends! Campus Fine wines understands my "unique" needs! They have an amazing selection of non-alcoholic beer and wine, also they are able to suggest wonderful wines for my guests....so that I know they will be a hit without ever having to taste them to be sure! If I am looking for a gift for family or friends they have just the right bottle!

Great neighborhood shop. The owners don’t just buy any anything to satisfy everyone-rather a well thought out selection of beer, spirits, and wine (especially). The employees are all super chill and helpful.

Incredible shop, so helpful and fun. They helped me pick out a great wine as a thank you to a neighbor—they remembered his favorite! Can’t recommend enough

This business sustained me throughout the pandemic by allowing online ordering and pickup. I learned a whole new way of selecting what I wanted. I love all the owners and staff, who are equally helpful whether you want advice or just want to pick out your own.

Very friendly and also quite knowledgeable staff here, and the wine selection has a fine Italian edge. Discovered a new Barbera here and loved it, along with some Tuscan choices. This is the kind of shop you want to see everywhere, and survive, in an age of mass mail order shipping.

The people here are fantastic and will go out of their way to explain anything they have in the store to you, the selection of wines and beer on the whole is amazing and full of some of the most interesting styles anywhere in RI.

Fantastic wine and whiskey selection. The staff is also very knowledgeable and will help you through the process of selecting a special bottle of wine. I didn't know exactly what I wanted going in, but a staff member spent 20 minutes helping me pick the perfect bottle for a wine party. Highly recommended.
