United sewer and drain came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine. And now it comes very highly recommended from me to you. I called Dave at 8 o’clock on a Monday night, my toilet was backed up and wasn’t flushing right. Dave was at my house by 11 o’clock the following morning (Tuesday), and performed efficiently. He used his camera through my toilet and through main pipe. Pulled my toilet , snake d it put new wax ring, new bolts and was in and out in timely manner. Very professional service. No problems have occurred since he left. United sewer and drain is the way to go, if you want something done right and quickly!

Dave from United Sewer and Drain came to my house and diagnosed my sewer drainage problem in no time. Using all the latest equipment, video inspection camera, hydro-jetting cleaning equipment, Dave had my sewer drain cleaned properly and back in proper working order.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Called Dave at United Sewer and Drain at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and he showed up within 20 minutes. He had the sink fixed in about 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

He is the best! After 2 calls with rotorooter and $700 later they couldn’t fix my backed up line. David came out and did everything within an hr and my line is clear! Sludge/ grease deep in line. How did rotorooter miss that? I thought I had a major problem from what they were saying and looking at thousands for what they were suggesting. Thank you Dave, for coming out on a Sunday, new yrs eve, and saving us from calling several other places to figure out what was going on.

I called United Sewer & Drain because my washer pipe keep backing up in my basement. I tried draino and thrift which seemed to be a temporary fix. I called United Sewer & Drain because I noticed he was the only one who had 5 Stars across all his reviews. OMG did I make the right decision, they came and explained everything that he was going to do. Very pleasant business man with a great personality and more importantly he solved my problem. That pipe drains better now then when I moved here 15 yrs ago. I will recommend this business to everyone I know . They deserve more that 5 STARS!

David is absolutely the best! He was genuine, professional, very responsive and honest! This is a well deserved review!!! We had some blockages that was causing the toilet to leak out some water in the basement. It was affecting the sink and tub as well. I had contacted a well known company, (pretty sure you know who) and they were here for hours and were able to get me a “partial flow” and tried to charge me $11,000 for what they said was the problem. There was no way! I did some research, found United Sewer and Drain. David was so quick to respond and was here the next morning! He was able to clear out some blockages for a great price and get this, it took him less than an hour! I wish I had contacted him first. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone!!!

Had my sewer line backed up on a sun. Was able to come out and clear the sewer line in a couple of hours of calling them. Great service would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Dave was polite, responsive, and did such an amazing job! He came right away, fixed the leak of a pipe, tested it, found other spots that needed servicing and really did a thorough job. I am more than happy to have found this company and David! What a pleasant, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, genuine person! I had been dealing with a drain company for years, and once they sold their business over, their professionalism and customer service changed. I had a septic issue, which a plumber wanted to charge $3000, to change pipes unneccesarily, claiming a busted pipe, that was not busted .David was willing to come out and inspect everything with a camera, the very day and the very hour I called, right when he was home and done for the day, right before Christmas! There wasn't even an additional weekend or holiday fee, like others would charge! I had him come the next day! The service went above and beyond, the typical drain cleanout! My maintenance guy, who was there, was amazed as well! I will be using United, for all my drain and Septic needs! Thank you so much!

A team member came by on Christmas Eve to help us with a shower drain. We were previously told that all pipes needed to be replaced for roughly $2,000. David found a workaround for $160. United certainly has the expertise and honesty to be my go-to choice in the future. Highly recommend them to others.

We had a plumbing emergency and found this company online. We called at 5:34 PM on Monday and Dave was here at 6:32 PM same day.
He was very professional and explained what was going on and showed my fiance everything he was doing to resolve the problem. The job was completed fairly quickly. Should we have any problems in the future, we will 100% be calling again.

We've hired Dave twice now--once at our previous home and just recently. Both times, he responded promptly and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Our latest ordeal involved our very mischievous toddler flushing a tennis ball down our toilet (who knew that could even happen?!). Dave was able to remove it and saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Dave is friendly, funny, and kind and also has very reasonable rates! I've called David and had to cancel on him twice because our landlord is difficult.
David appears attentive and flexible. He seems willing to help out people in need and appears knowledgeable about various plumbing problems.

David has come to my apartment twice now to fix some drainage issues in my shower and bathroom sink. Each time he has been very professional and accommodating to my schedule. I work a normal 9-5 job and he has been able to come over in evenings after I get home from work. Very quick and efficient and fair prices. Highly recommend.

I contacted United Sewer and Drain regarding a gurgling toilet, which ended up being a clog in the main line. Dave was able to come out the same day within a few hours and fix the issue; all while keeping me informed as to what was going on and gave me some useful information as well. I will definitely be using them again (although I hope to not need to!) and would highly recommend.

We had a major clog in a basement sink, and although it was difficult to unclog, David worked very hard and was able to fix the issue for a reasonable price. On top of that, he was very personable. We will definitely hire him again for any of our drain/sewer needs.
