We had a fantastic dinner here. Our server Bernie was hands down the best we’ve had dining out anywhere. So personable and friendly. The food was great. Can’t wait to come back again.

We shared our Anniversary dinner at this locale as it never disappoints. The food is superb, May I recommend the filet and stuffed shrimp, my husband and I go halfsies and the seafood stuffing is next level....

Food is pricey, but amazing and with good portions. Decor is subtle, but suits the atmosphere perfectly. The service was fantastic, couldn't have been better. There are overnight room here, but we weren't staying here, just out for dinner. This place is great to celebrate special occasions or special dates.

This lovely, cozy inn has been our home-base for visits to the area for nearly three years. Kim and her team have created a warm, caring and friendly place that is a wonderful and welcome alternative to a chain hotel. Tony’s kitchen always provides us with a great meal, served by a skilled and attentive staff. Kim and Tony have deep connections to the area, and their place shows that they love and have pride in their community. The excellent location is a bonus!

The filet mignon is well worth the visit, a generous cube of tender flavors. Very classy but not pretentous.

Beautiful old mansion with several dining rooms serving great food, wonderful atmosphere, attentive staff, & nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday. We have been there several times in December & have never been disappointed. We'll be back.

I can't say enough good things about your staff, Kim. Such an amazing service, the event truly superseded my expectations. I definitely recommend Colonel Blackinton Inn function rooms for a superior unforgettable experience. The food was incredible, from appetizers and main course meals. Compliments to the chef, seriously!! Half the time was spent complimenting how tasty our dinner was up to the last bite and consistency in flavor from every meal selection. A++++ on your menu selection. Private bathrooms in the functional space was a bonus, as well. Jessica, really had my wife fooled and made the Surprise truly special. Our waiter, Ivan offered superior, top of the line service. Everything was excellent!! Thank you so much to you and your team for making my wife's birthday a success!! Can't wait to visit again soon. Best food I've had in Attleboro, hands down. My wife and I have a new favorite place. :)

Probably our favorite restaurant! Food is delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, the service is incredible and the atmosphere is quaint, elegant yet you don't need to overdress to enjoy. Comfortable fine dining. A real gem and highly recommended. In the summer, the outdoor dining area is adorned with flowers, lights and wonderful music that's never too overpowering.

Thank you very much to you and your staff for making it a memorable night for Samantha. The surprise and the whole party went off without a hitch. All our guests raved about the food. The staff in the Jenkins House could not have been more helpful and courteous. I am grateful for all of your help and consideration throughout the planning process.

What a hidden gem! Celebrated my birthday dinner here with friends and everything was fantastic. Bernie made sure that we were treated like royalty and created a special evening for us. The drinks were fantastic, there were so many options for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal! I especially loved the eggplant appetizer and the creme brûlée. I will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone in the area!

Ivan was our server and he was absolutely excellent! Each time we've been to the Col. Blackinton Inn, we've never been disappointed. The food is so delicious and the atmosphere is truly colonial. You can't go wrong with their Baked French Onion soup, Caesar salad and ribeye steak. The lamb chops were tender, the ribeye, juicy and the sea scallops divine.

We got takeout during restaurant week. We both ordered the walnut salmon with the beet salad. It was packaged well and was delicious. The salmon came with mashed potatoes and sauteed zucchini with onions. The dessert was choice of creme brulee or bread pudding. My son loved the brulee. The pudding was dry but had a yummy sauce. All in all very nice. We would definitely go back! 👍👍

The entire place is historic and beautiful! Fantastic serving staff - detail oriented and excellent experience and coordination by the kitchen - I have the highest accolades for Leandra - a phenomenal professional who quite literally, handled a party of over 16 demanding people in an eloquent and courteous manner - never losing her cool - not once!!! I enjoyed the fried goat cheese on spinach salad with the filet as the main and carrot cake for dessert. I ordered medium plus and it was literally cooked to perfection. Each meal course was delicious! I am so impressed with the entire experience and will return again!
