Manager was very friendly and helpful and they were running some great deals. Two of my kids bought mattresses for their new apartments. Would definitely buy from them again.

Todd helped my husband and I purchase a new mattress today and he was the nicest guy! The other gentlemen there was so kind to bring out a fresh new package of sheets so we could test out our new mattress. Highly recommend coming here.

Unfortunately the mattress only made it a couple years, but Serta upgraded the firmness and quality of that model and gave me a full refund for an exchange. No restocking fees or hidden charges. $0! The employees were very helpful and scheduled a delivery date to my new home in under 30min. I had a very busy day and they helped it go smoothly.. Highly recommended!

I was on a call for 1hr and 16 mins -
I’d told my friend what I was getting- she wanted it too. Got better deal -and had been into the store and was home with a glass of wine.. while I was still waiting to resolve my issues with the mattress company ! NOT this company!!!! The actual makers of mattress . Ugh
I should have just gone to this place. Now I have to wait to be reimbursed! So I can pay this place . I wish I had of just gone here. Better deal . Actual people to talk to . And way better experience

Our sales person was Todd and he was fantastic to work with. We new exactly was we were looking for and Todd walked us right over to it. He showed us a couple options to work with and even upsold us on an adjustable frame that we loved, did not feel any pressure at all he even had us look at the free adjustable frame option. We appreciate your help Todd, you rock!

Devon was helpful, well mannered, and very informative. He helped up find a bed specifically for us and I’ll definitely go back in the future!

During my visit yesterday, Tywan provided me with some education on what it takes to get good quality sleep and demonstrated everything we discussed by asking me to try out different mattresses and pillow heights to see how the configurations felt to me. I was very satisfied to have reached a decision that felt great and is also backed by sleep expertise and science. Tywan was diligent in explaining and answering my questions in a way that allowed me to get a better understanding of the ergonomics of good sleep. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service, education and demonstration I received during my visit.

They were very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. Not only that but they offered me additional discounts that I wasn't expecting. You can bet if I need another mattress, I'll be coming here!

My first time buying a mattress from, Mattress Firm of Attleboro, I first did a bit of research on line then went to the store to try certain ones out. I walked in expecting a pushy salesperson to try and sell me the latest, greatest, and most expensive. To my surprise I was greeted by a sleep expert, I was taken off gard by the in depth questions on what type of sleeper am I. After my series of questions, had me lay on a mattress explaining that the mattress is supposed to fill and support certain areas. Afterwards asked me MY (yes my) price point, then told me about sales, financing, promotions, ETC. again completely taken off guard but pleasantly surprised. I ended up buying a completely different mattress than intended, 100% because of salesman's knowledge. Plus it was mid range of my budget. All N All a fantastic experience would recommend them to anyone and everyone and will buy another mattress from them again.

The store manager was fantastic by showing different types of mattresses to fit my needs. Great deals and customer service. I highly recommend mattress firm to anyone looking for a new bed!
