We were so happy we found this gem. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely recommend Havana cafe and the ropa vieja! The place was small but very welcoming and cozy

The beef empanadas are the best I’ve ever had, this location is a must. Authentic Cuban food at an affordable price. The place is small but cozy, the food is amazing and the mojito is to die for. We traveled 45min to this spot and we can’t wait to take our friends and family!

DELICIOUS! I am Cuban so I know what good, real Cuban food is and this is as authentic as you can get! My only wish is that the dining space was bigger so we could have a large group out to dinner with us, besides the dining room size, the food, atmosphere and service are GREAT!! We usually do ‘take-out’ and many times the food isn’t as good when doing this BUT Havana’s food tastes GREAT when eating at home! We even use Grub Hub for delivery! We highly recommend eating in, delivery or take-out at Havana’s Cafe!!

Great food and great service. Definitely worth the trip. Place is a little small, but the food is a must have. I drive 40 minutes to come here and eat.

It was sunny and warm and I drove by seeing a outdoor table available at this small establishment and pulled over looked up the menu online. The reviews and pictures for a smaller place were very good. I ordered Mojito’s, boiled Yuca, Tostones, the Cuban Sandwich and a Croqueta. The drinks were delicious and all the food was cooked great. Our server was great as well. Would definitely pop in the next time I’m in the area. On street parking available.

Having indulged in plenty of local Latin American spots in both Cuba and South America, it was refreshing to find such a great place to eat up in the northeast. I sure have missed mamey smoothies, glad this place exists.

I am a Cuban from South Florida living here in MA for the past year. We drove over 90 minutes to get to Havana Cafe, and let me tell you, it was so worth it!! The restaurant is very small with a few tables, so when I called they suggested I make a reservation. I’m so glad I did - there was a table right up front waiting for me and my mom. The food was as close to Cuban as I’ve had in my own home. Everything we had, ham croquetas, ropa vieja, bistec empapuzado (breaded), and the rice and beans were delicious!! The best part was the cortadito (Cuban expression). The service was super good and I will definitely be returning soon. ¡¡Muchas gracias!!

The ropa Viejo was very tasty. Next time I am in the area, I will stop by again. I love their sweet plantains.

Found this place on Trip Advisor and wow I'm glad we did! Off the beaten track for sure. Maybe 5 tables indoors. Such friendly staff and prompt service. The ropa vieja was perfectly seasoned. Both salty and sweet plantains were very tasty. Whatever you get, you will not be disappointed.

We tried empanadas and steak sandwich, which were all amazing! Margarita flan is delicious, as well. Definitely try! Friendly and welcoming environment.

This is a covid 19 review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I had two sandwiches, the Cuban and the pulled pork. Both were outstanding. I favored the Cuban by a little but I would highly recommend either. Great flavor, great bread, great taste. The woman that took the order and ran the front was extremely friendly and outgoing. Everybody, and I mean everybody was "honey". A really nice experience with great food. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this 8.2.

Let me tell you the truth. I have been working all day and my daughter was going to this place for dinner/take out I said no thank you nothing looks good on the menu. But I was so hungry I said yeah go ahead Grab me the chicken croquettes sandwich. Well let me Tel you, best sandwich I've ever had in my life. I think these guys could enhance their business 1000% if they took photos of what they are offering.

Great authentic style Cuban food. Love the menu. Food is delicious. Customer service's top notch can only been a few times but definitely coming back soon.

Great local spot for a nice meal out. My wife loves the fried steak (ropa vieja), though it's a touch salty for my taste. I'll take a Cuban please - so long as I remember to give it time to cool down out of the press! It comes piping hot, and stays hot for a while. I like to use that time to snack - the mariquitas are just the right choice, if you love garlic as much as I do.

Do not skip the croquetas, which are fried to crispy perfection on the exterior and remain creamy and flavorful inside. I keep meaning to try an empanada, but why risk it? It can't possibly best a croqueta.

Drinks are lovely. The mojito is an obvious choice, and done justice with plenty of fresh mint. Sangria has a kick if you need one.

So far we've only tried Margarita's flan for dessert, but we recommend you do, too!

Vibes are impeccable. Grab the seat in the back left corner if you can, for maximum romance. Try not to dance (or just let yourself have at it - who cares!), and enjoy!

Authentic Cuban food. Very flavorful and great portion size. The hostess was ver friendly. I highly recommended it.

Been here many times. Food is fantastic. Great vibe in the quaint restaurant. People here are great. They also have beer, wine, and liquor. They make a wonderful mojito.

Havana is just a VIBE. I knew from the moment we discovered the restaurant that it would become a go-to spot for us. The cuban food here is consistently delicious, the service is extremely friendly and the atmosphere? It will fit you on any day - a date night, a lonely evening, a pick-me-up meal or a celebration! Anything! Come and try it for yourself 😉

Go-to dinner: Ropa Vieja, white rice and beans, plátanos maduros, and tostones. Cannot forget the Margarita Flan to enjoy at the end 🤗
