I am a first time customer, so when I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical. Not only did I received my items in less than a week, they look perfect. No holes in the shirt, as some people might say. I will order again! By did way their customer service return my emails and answer the phone.

I did have a question about the jacket size, AFTER placing my order, called, spoke to Eddie, he was able to accommodate my request for a different size. Received items in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Will purchase again.

I placed an order for a state specific short sleeved football referee jersey based on the great prices they had. I had seen other reviews rating them low based on customer service and slow responses but figured most were a bit older and I was going to give them a shot. They did a great job of getting my order processed and shipped the item within three days of ordering (five actual days but it was over a weekend) The item came exactly as described and works great. Sizing may be just a bit snug but fairly true to size. I am now looking at ordering another one because you can't really beat the prices. Give 'em a shot!

I enjoyed doing business with Fifth Region. I placed an order last week (Feb. 20, 2023) but soon realized that I had forgotten to order a jacket. I called on the 21st and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, very understanding, and allowed me to add the jacket to the order, so I would still be able to get the free shipping. I also asked him when my items would ship out, and he clearly told me "end of this week or early next week." Anytime I needed an update, I simply emailed the company, and they promptly provided one.

My order arrived yesterday (Feb. 28, 2023). All items were exactly what I ordered. Everything was packed nicely.

I wish shipping times were a little quicker, but I certainly understand that this is a busy time of year to be ordering umpire gear.

I placed my order for umpire plate shoes the Friday before Memorial Day. I received my shoes ONLY 3 business days later! Shoes are perfect size. Good quality. I never expected such quick service. I will DEFINITELY order from them again!!!

Finding officiating pants for this 2020 season has been a whirlwind, that's for sure. I was not happy with my initial order and this issue was handled accordingly. With two more orders needed to allow me to find an option that can at least be altered, it was clear that there is an issue with Smitty's pants in regard to accurate sizing for women. I am very pleased with how Fifth Region Officials Supplies was able to assist, given the amount of hurdles placed in front of us.

They also carry the whistle pouch which has been super hard to find so I was happy to get that ordered in a season full of uncertainties.

I purchased a KHSAA Basketball Officials shirt in March 2020. I needed a shirt with an American flag, and was in a time crunch due to an upcoming tournament that required it. I was told by another store that it would take at least two weeks, and they didn’t seem at all concerned about my circumstances. But I was able to get in touch with Eddie Simpson, who understood the situation and assured me that he would get the shirt shipped asap. I had my shirt in two days!

They provided good customer service and the shirt I ordered was in stock and reasonably priced for what I was purchasing. I was able to order the shirt Monday evening and had it arrive on Friday - just in time for when I needed it.

Orderd several shirts and other officiating gear for our youth wrestling tournament. Had a little hiccup with the order being processed but once I contacted them about it, they returned my inquiry within hours and had my stuff in hand within 4 days.

The shirt is awesome. 100% as described. Very high quality and exactly what I wanted and ordered.

Know what you want and you won't have problems!

If you get the wrong thing, it doesn't fit, or something of the sort that isn't explicitly the company's fault, that's when you're in for the less than stellar experience.

You're going to pay for return shipping and the new shipping. Had a relatively unpleasant email exchange and snappy response from the owner when I asked about them covering one or the other of the 2 additional shipping charges. Overall, not very good customer service for an online company and very terse / not customer friendly email exchanges. I returned the products and ordered elsewhere.

Very, very poor customer service. First, I paid extra for UPS ground shipping. They shipped via USPS, and when I contacted them about the overcharge they ignored my email. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and let it go. However, this was not to end there.

As I was getting my gear together for the first game of the season, I noticed the fabric on the right sleeve is flawed. The shirt has never been worn. Because I now have to wear the shirt in the game the following day, they refuse to replace it.

I completely understand not replacing a shirt which I claim was damaged after I wore it multiple times. But this shirt is defective before I wore it. I have pictures from BEFORE I wore it. Customer service was no help and was very rude and condescending to boot. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

EDIT - After the nasty back and forth regarding the shirt, they did choose to refund the money I originally requested two weeks prior.
