Awesome Pediatricians... The practice offer Saturday walk-in at the Pawtucket office very helpful for working parents. Wait time can be longer than expected at times don't mind it because another child can be sick at the moment. It's what makes the pediatrician outstanding their priorities is always on the children and I respect that.

Dr. Jeraldo was my pediatrician as a child and my daughter has been under her care since birth. I would recommend this practice to anyone in search of exceptional healthcare. Both Dr. Jeraldo and Dr.Montalvo have great bedside manner and genuinely care about their patients health. The staff is very kind and professional; as well as quick to accommodate for emergencies.

Great Doctors and atmosphere, wait time has improved. Whenever my child isn’t feeling well they get me in same day. I love that they have an after hour line Incase I need to contact my child’s doctors. My child has been a patient for 13 years!

El problema con este lugar es el tiempo de espera, uno entiende que los doctores se pueden retrasar, pero llegar a tu cita a tiempo, y luego esperar en un lugar pequeño más de 35 minutos donde no hay juguetes por lo del covid ni ningún tipo de entretenimiento para un niño de 3 años más que un televisor con un programa para niños mucho más grandes no es fácil. y luego te llaman y te pasan al cuarto donde te examinan a esperar otros 15 minutos más . no es sencillo ni agradable. muy mala organización

Worse doctors I ever seen… the doctors in this clinic don’t spend anytime with your kids. You go to your appointment and the doctor exams your kid for 2 mins and you are in your way. I took my son to be check because he was under the weather, and the doctor told me to give him the flu shot, he got mad because I told him that I wouldn’t.
When I asked him for the school absent letter to go back to school, he said to send him back next year, because he had the flu and I didn’t want to give him the shot 😂.
Please find another clinic if you really care about your kids.

I wish I could give these ppl 0 stars. How is my son sick called all week no appointments. Finally got an appointment today. Waited 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen. For Dr. Montalvo to spend not even 5 mins with my child no flu check no covid check nothing. Shame on them. Never coming here again the worst experience ever.

Can't ever get same day sick visit. The point of having a pediatrician is to have your child seen in emergencies. They offer you a next day sick visit, really? It has happened more than once. I've had it. I am looking for a new pediatrician asap. Took my child once to the Pawtucket office, the male Doctor took one look at her didn't bother to listen to me and started writing a prescription. When we do see her she's ok, but I need someone that can see patients, not tell you come tomorrow or the next day.

I wish I could give this ppl 0 stars. The ppl in charge of running the office ain't doing their job and don't take into consideration patients privacy and the law when it comes to protecting victims of domestic violence specifically those who are running from their abuser. They will see your newborn once to collect that bonus from insurance and all of the sudden tell you they can no longer see your bby which makes it close to impossible these days to find another pediatrician who takes new patients. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PPL.
Shame on yal.for using non English speakers and taking advantage of ppl just for money. And their are not handicap accessible

Staff is wildly inappropriate and unhelpful. Their policies don’t make any sense and the needs of the family’s do not come first. Would not recommend.
