South Cape came to my rescue when my own vet would not. My elderly cat was suffering! She had been a patient at another local vet for years however this vet would not make time to examine my cat who was clearly in pain. Puffy was about 15 years old. They told me they would have to wait until after hours ( 10 hours from my call) and then decide if they could even see the cat. I called South Cape on a whim and without knowing my pet or my family they immediately accommodated us within an hour and a half to examine and end Puffy’s suffering. They treated us all with great kindness and were extremely sympathetic! My previous vet did not come through for us in an emergency situation which is vitally important when you have animals (that is the ultimate test for a practice). South Cape went above and beyond and I am so very grateful. I will be moving my other two cats to become patients of theirs ASAP! Thank you so very much!!

I started taking my dog there when I lived in East Falmouth. They have been great. Even after moving a few towns over I chose to drive a little further to continue taking him there. Recently he got into some chocolate and the entire staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's clear they are passionate about their jobs. Would very much recommend this place.

South Cape Vet has been terrific to our pet family for over 25 years. Our 3 dogs have had wonderful loving care from any vet we’ve seen. Our dogs all love them too. Most recently I was told that our dog hugged the vet and assistant at her yearly exam! That’s exactly what a pet owner wants to hear! This group of doctors, technicians and front desk folks are superb. I have been a very regular client for about 4 years. I rescue older dogs who typically have frequent health issues and I feel like they are family there. From clipping nails to euthanasia, these incredibly kind, loving, skilled essential workers have continued to do their jobs through the pandemic with smiles on their faces and huge hearts. I am thankful for this veterinary office - they set the bar very high.

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to South Cape Veterinary for years and I have nothing but good things to say about the care my pets have received and the wonderful people who work at this facility. All the staff are super friendly and professional and my dog can't wait to get out of the car and go inside to see his friends when we arrive at this veterinary. Of course he knows he will get treats and petted by everyone working there.

They have been wonderful and compassionate caring for both of our dogs but especially my 13 year old cocker spaniel who has had liver and kidney issues. I have had many dogs over my lifetime but without doubt Dr Bartlett and the entire staff at south cape have been the best I have ever encountered. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

I have been through a few health things with both my cat and dog. They are caring and kind. They helped me save my cat who I thought may pass and now every time I come in different techs who have treated him come check on how he is doing. It is more than just a job for them and I appreciate it! I have recommended them multiple times.

The care that out beloved pets receive at South Cape Veterinary Clinic is always outstanding. The professional and support staff are consistently caring and are obviously motivated by their love of animals and their consideration for their veterinary clients. We are deeply grateful for their concern and competence!

We have an elderly yellow lab. The doctors and he entire staff are always so kind and responsive to him. He does love them all and has no fear whatsoever. We have been in the practice since he was 3 and 1/2 and he is now 14. His checkups are always timely and they always have answered any questions we my have. Medications are always ready for pickup. We hope he will have the same wonderful care until it is time for him to go to doggie heaven.

We are very happy and grateful for the excellent care of our dog Biscuit at the South Cape Veterinary Clinic. The staff is very professional in examining our dog , kind to the dog and clear in advising the owner on any findings. We liked how we left the appointment not alarmed but informed in a caring way. Our dog Biscuit is will be 12 years old soon and in is showing some slight signs of aging. We have had other dogs and been to other veterinary clinics and feel that South Cape is the best.

We love our vet! The DRs at South Cape Veterinary Clinic are phenomenal. They spend the time you need and never make you feel rushed. They're sensitive to the individual needs of the animal and work hard to make them feel comfortable during their visit. The entire staff is caring and helpful. We went to several vets before finding this team and we can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

The folks at South Cape Vet are the absolute best! They are all very compassionate animal lovers and provide the very best of care and advice. I've never been disappointed with any of the visits I have made with my dog, Tucker. We're very fortunate to have them!

We love South Cape Vet! They were there for us when we needed to say good-bye to our golden retriever and were so happy for us when we got a new dog. They always put your pet first!

We have been very happy with South Cape Vet since we relocated to the area in 2020. They do a wonderful job of compensating for the COVID-related restrictions and take the time to discuss our pets health. I particularly appreciate that they are the first ones to suggest less costly/ less invasive ways to address some of our care needs, which is a rarity in veterinary care these days!!

I have been using South Cape Vet. for several years now and they have always been very reliable. They have always spent the time to answer my questions during visits. During the pandemic last year, I had several consultations over the phone. The staff at the office and in the labs have always been very friendly and helpful. I know I can count on all of them for any needs that I may have.

I love this vet office. I have been there thru two dogs now. We had to put Maddy down at 12 ½. and the team could not have been more caring and gentle with my old dog. I now have Becky who runs in to see all of her friends who work there. She is welcomed by the staff. Whatever vet we see is very kind and professional with Becky. I could not be happier with this veterinary practice.

It is difficult to describe a way for SCVC to improve because they are absolutely outstanding! They always provide excellent health care to both of my dogs. And, on top of that, everyone on their staff makes us feel so welcome and valued. They have the absolute best people working there. Keep up the excellent work.

South Cape Vet was recommended me by a friend when I had trouble finding a vet that I liked for my newly adopted shelter cat. I tried two other local vets and didn't feel comfortable with either. I've now been taking my cats to South Cape for 13 years. I trust that they give me reasonable advice without trying to add extra services that my pets don't need.

I just wrote a 3 star review recently, and not sure how to delete it/amend it, hence my writing another review. I initially called and left a message and did go in when they were super busy. At that time I do still wish that it went a bit smoother, but given the fact that I was busy also didn't add to any fact that it may be stressful for both sides.I wound up calling two days later as a planned follow up and did not hear from them that day. The following day (today, which is a Sat) the doctor called me from their home and took lots of time explaining everything to me. This truly showed caring and genuine life stresses that are a part of al of us. This fact and the fact that they took lots of time, meant and means a lot. I DO recommend South Cape and I'm not an easy parent of a patient. So if you're looking for absolute genuine caring, please find Dr. Kate here and I'm sure you'll be more than pleased, as will your pet family member.
