Hidden gem. The food and service was outstanding!

We have now been to this restaurant 3x. I highly recommend this place as they have yet to disappoint. The server is extremely helpful and friendly. For dinner, the duck is the best I have ever had, cooked to perfection. I've tried it many times at many restaurants, and others do not compare.

Been coming to Rehoboth Beach since 1992, Back Porch has always been my favorite restaurant. The service is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is relaxed but upscale, and the food is consistently delicious. My favorite meal starts with a pear martini, followed by sweetbreads, then the duck, ending with the bread pudding. If I haven’t had too much of their fabulous wine selections I’ll also share a house coffee since it’s too big (and strong) to drink by myself. We are moving to RB in the spring and I hope to make a weekly visit to The Back Porch!

Love everything about The Back Porch! It’s our favorite spot for celebrations and special occasions. Every single thing on the menu is delicious! A few of my go-to’s are the peppered cured loin of tuna, grilled octopus, English pea salad (best salad ever!!), halibut, scallops and the beef tenderloin! Oh and the House Coffee is the best dessert drink in Rehoboth!

Wonderful service! Atmosphere was super quaint and comfortable. Caprese salad had fresh mozzarella that was soft and warm in the middle and topped with prosciutto… greens and balsamic perfectly complimented the dish! The Fish cake was amazing!!!
Would come back…a lot!!

Had an amazing dinner! Food was absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is crisp veal sweetbread and scallops! Wonderful and authentic atmosphere! Cocktails are unique and taste is phenomenal! Will be back next time we are in town! Owners, Aksana and Dima, are great and certainly love what they do. Must visit place in Rehoboth Beach!

A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or your favorite day of the week! The duck and lamb are must try. The flavors and presentation are as eye-catching as they are delicious. Wine list is amazing and most reasonably priced in town! Cannot recommend this place enough!

The Back Porch never disappoints. We make a point to stop by for dinner or drinks- or both!- every time we are in Rehoboth on vacation. The food is fantastic, and the Havana Daydream cocktail is a family and friends favorite. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are fantastic. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Great for special occasions- I had dinner here the night I got engaged and had pre- wedding drinks before my wedding at the bar.

This was my second experience at the Back Porch. I ordered the omelet with pears and cambozola cheese (it's a very pungent blue cheese which I learned after the fact). I ordered it because I have never had a sweet/savory omelet-aside from the cheese being a bit too strong for me, it was a well made omelet. I loved the pears. My sister wasn't too impressed with the chicken salad but I tasted it and I thought it was good and I liked the different presentation of the chicken salad being between 2 slices of tomato. They also have great fun drinks. If you get a seat within the "porch" section of the restaurant, it's bright and lovely.

This is my favorite restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, hands down. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the friendly and personable staff and owners and of course, their signature drinks and amazing food are what make it the best. Did I mention their brunch?? Such a fun time. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It’s a must visit when you’re in town.

From appetizers to desserts - everything was over the top amazing! Rabbit and duck were absolutely delicious. Presentation was excellent. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rehoboth and I highly recommend it, especially for a nice night. Outdoor ambience is beautiful!

I had the rabbit and my wife had the stuff eggplant. We knew we were in for something special after the crab ravioli as an app. they didnt have the exact wine but we took their suggestion (cheaper too) and it was a perfect pairing. Service was attentive even though late reservation (final seating) and a full house. No wonder why popular

Back Porch is one of my fav summer dining spots. I have been enjoying lunches, brunches and dinners here since 2000. A great menu with old standards from year to year along with wonderful new additions. One of the best and most well-prices wine list at the beach. Always great attentive service. Finally, be sure not to miss out on the house coffee flamed table side.

We have been dining at the Back Porch Cafe' for years. It is undoubtedly one of the hidden gems in Rehoboth Beach. The food is always perfect, the service is top notch, and the atmosphere is quintessential old Rehoboth. The new owners have elevated the whole experience to be even more warm and welcoming. Don't miss the Pepper Cured Tuna, Rabbit Bolognese, Seared Scallops (brunch), and Turkey Burger (brunch). Honestly though, everything is truly exquisite. Cheers!

I love love LOVE The Back Porch Cafe! Their Cucumber Soup is my absolute favorite, so refreshing! The atmosphere is so magical and serene, and the service is phenomenal. The music is so great and they often have live music too I’ve only been there once for that but it was awesomeness A great experience always! I highly recommend!!!

One of our favorite restaurants in Rehoboth. We visit about 4 ot 5 times a year and are never disappointed. The service is always top notch, the food is delicious and the ambiance is very pleasant. We are vegetarians and pescatarian and are always delighted at the chef's preparations. This is a great restaurant for a special occasion. The Flaming Coffee is a legend

With out any doubt, one of Delaware's best restaurants bar none. Where else can you get fresh well prepared Sweetbread ? Here is the only place. From seafood to veal tenderloins with the best sides anywhere. Always fresh and an explosive power House of flavors that keep you returning. Very extensive wine , port, and libation selection to boot. The service is impeccable and the bartenders are very knowledgeable when pairing drinks to selected dishes. Deserts are varied and equally as great as any entree on the menu.
