We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood within a short, easy drive of downtown rehoboth. The area is great for walking dogs, and the house has a fenced-in yard as an added bonus. The house itself is clean and well laid-out, and looks to have been recently renovated. The kitchen is well-lit and well-stocked. There are several pleasant spots to hang out within the house, including an enclosed porch and an outdoor deck. The heat and a/c worked well, and we found the beds to be comfortable. The house included a thoughtful selection of board games, and there was plenty of room to spread out a board game or a jigsaw puzzle.

Rehoboth condo

Stayed here for a field hockey tournament in milford. Much cheaper than the old hotels in dover. This place was spotless and in a great location for food, shopping and things to do with the kids.

This was my first time staying for a few days, I enjoyed my stay my unit was very clean and comfortable. I felt right at home, I am looking forward to staying again....

We rented a one bedroom condo at 11 Virginia Ave. There was a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony and the unit was close to the beach. The unit was very clean, cute, and quiet. The digital welcome guestbook was extremely helpful and easy to navigate. My only complaint was that the bathroom was small. Bringing our own toilet paper was a little off-putting since I expected the same amenities that I would enjoy at a hotel. Maybe this is customary with vacation rentals because this was our first experience. I would rent with Seachange Vacation Rentals again. They were extremely easy to work with and the condo was exactly as advertised.

What a wonderful stay for last minute reservations. We book 5 days prior to our stay and hoped we made the right decision. Seachange Vacations Rentals made the process very easy and was able to give us a digital check in app for our phones which gave us everything we needed to know about Rehoboth. The Condo was spacious and very up to date. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything you need. The Grill and Court yard we enjoyed and the access to Beach and Boardwalk is great. Would definitely rent again. Was very clean, plenty of Linens , Towels and Pillows. Thanks Seachange Vacation Rentals for a great week.

We used Seachange for a September beach trip and couldn't have been happier with their service. Viki was a huge help; when we first reached out, she listened to my family's needs and made the perfect suggestions. The home we selected was brand new and only 3 blocks to the beach. It was also only 10 minutes to the center of Rehoboth Beach which was a nice bonus! The price was very reasonable.

They kept us informed leading up to our stay and provided all the relevant information in a handy app everyone could put on their phone. The home was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. We appreciated all of the check ins throughout our stay (including a reminder that parking downtown is free!) and that the front door was a code so that everyone in our party could come and go as they please.

Overall, we recommend Seachange to anyone who wants a great Delaware beach stay!

We rented a beautiful beach house in a gated community in Bethany Beach. The house was only 5 houses from the ocean. It was very spacious and comfortable for our 3 families. The house had multiple decks and beautiful screened in porch. The kitchen was fully equipped and updated with granite counters & modern appliances. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

We had an incredible stay at 12 Cleveland in South Bethany Beach. The house was clean upon arrival and cleaning supplies were included so we could keep it clean throughout our stay. Comfortably fit 6 of us and our two dogs! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, as well as relaxing on the wrap around porch and downstairs on the couches/hammock. BBQ and all kitchen appliances worked great! Also great location - easy drive to anywhere in Bethany, Dewey, Rehoboth and Ocean City. Will definitely be returning and renting through Seachange again!

We've been renting summer cottages in Bethany Beach for almost ten years now and our experience with agencies and individuals has varied greatly. This last year has been our first experience renting with Seachange and I am grateful to have landed with Tom and his team in this challenging period. Mikey and Andy have assisted our family in finding the perfect Rehoboth Beach home for the extended family and our dogs for 3 years. We like to have a swimming pool or swim spa to enjoy as well as a pet-friendly rental. Those are challenging requirements, but they have always come through.
