The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn

We had the pleasure of staying at the Platinum Pebble while our home was being insulated. The property is charming and beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Sharon and Sean were most helpful and made sure we were comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Platinum Pebble Boutique for a long weekend in August this year as part of our tour of New England, and cannot recommend the Inn enough. Shawn and Sharon are perfect hosts, and go above and beyond to create an idyllic experience for their guests.

On arrival, Shawn greeted us at reception, and offered us both a chilled beverage, which was particularly welcome after our six hour journey. We then chatted about our plans for the weekend, and were provided with a plethora of great recommendations for food, drinks, activities and more - Shawn is truly an encyclopedia of the local area!

Our room was light and decorated beautifully, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The Inn itself was also really well equipped - we used the pool and even took advantage of the complimentary bikes to ride over to Chatham (about 12 miles along a dedicated cycle path) one day.

To top it off, each morning Sharon would prepare a homemade two-course breakfast, complete with delicious cakes, an option of a sweet or savoury main, and an extensive selection of juices and hot drinks to suit your preferences. The brioche french toast was a particular highlight - and one we are now trying to recreate back home.

Overall we had a really wonderful trip - we would love to visit again if we are ever back over this way!

Wonderful Stay at The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn
My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at The Platinum Pebble for a much needed vacation. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat, and we found it at this wonderful boutique inn. The inn is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and its location in the middle of Cape Cod was perfect for our day trips to Nantucket and Chatham. The guidebook that the owners sent prior to our visit was full of useful information about the inn and recommendations for dining and activities. The owners (Shawn and Sharon) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfasts created by Sharon were the perfect, delicious beginning to our days. Our room (#8 in the Carriage House) was luxurious and clean; the bed was especially comfortable. Much gratitude to Shawn and Sharon for their hospitality and recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend a stay at The Platinum Pebble!

We had a lovely brief stay at the Platinum Pebble on a fall weekend. Unfortunately it rained during one of the days we were at Cape Cod but it was nice to sit with a cup of tea, and a homemade biscotti, relaxing and playing a board game. Shawn gave great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast the next morning was scumptious and we were stuffed! We were about to check out, but easily convinced to use their bikes to go for a ride down to the beach and Harwich port and was the cherry on top to our visit.

My husband and I stayed at The Platinum Pebble for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing time! We chose The Platinum Pebble solely based off of others' reviews, and we are so happy that we did. This was our first time ever staying at a Bed & Breakfast and we are looking forward to going back. The breakfasts every morning were delicious, and they were very accommodating when we informed them that we do not eat pork. Shawn & Sharon were excellent hosts and gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do, plus helpful maps for shopping/getting to know the areas. They have bikes available for use, beach towels, beach chairs, homemade pastries every morning, snacks available all day, plus two very cute dogs - everything a guest could ever need or want, and then some. Our bedroom was the perfect size and the bed was very comfortable. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you, Shawn & Sharon!!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn during our first ever trip to Cape Cod! I would highly recommend it! The location is perfect - making it easy to visit towns on both ends of the Cape. We stayed in room 8 in the Carriage House - and thought it was the best room on the property because it was quiet and private. Your stay includes a delicious gourmet breakfast that is prepared just for you, and served piping hot exactly when you want it. You can also indulge in snacks and fresh baked treats that are set out every afternoon. There is also free parking on the property. Sharon and Shawn were lovely hosts and were always willing to offer advice on places to eat or visit. If you are on the fence about staying here...BOOK IT! You won't be disappointed!

We were fortunate to spend three wonderful days at the Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a magical vacation experience in every way. It is lovingly run by Sharon and Shawn who give new meaning to hospitality, offering a first class experience for their guests who enter their beautiful Inn. Their gracious hospitality begins when you first arrive with offerings of delicious baked goods and coffee/tea. The two acre grounds are exquisitely appointed with flowers everywhere and numerous seating arrangements for small gatherings or quiet time. The rooms are gracious in size and impeccably clean. Beds are very comfortable with wonderful bedding. Every detail has been tended to — resulting in the perfect place to getaway and relax. A high quality experience that exceeded our expectations. We plan to return as soon as possible with great anticipation. Still relishing our time at the Inn.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Platinum Pebble from the time we booked our reservation until checkout. Before we even stepped foot on the property, Shawn and Sharon communicated with us incredibly well to make sure that all of our needs were met (room selection, restaurant reservations, activity planning, etc.). When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a cold drink. The Inn and surrounding property are incredible with plenty to do for everyone. We spent time by the pool, used the bikes and beach gear (there are many beaches close to the Inn), visited several towns on the Cape, and dined at several wonderful restaurants (The Ocean House, Chatam Bars Inn, etc.). The rooms are very well appointed with high quality linens, towels, sound machines, etc. Sharon is an unbelievable chef and baker (the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully presented), and Shawn is a wealth of information about everything to see and do on the Cape. We had one of our best stays in a hotel/inn ever (including 5 star properties around the world), and we can't wait to return to the Platinum Pebble the first chance we get.

If you are looking for a lovely place to stay on the Cape, look no further than The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn! Sharon & Shawn's attention to detail and comfort are evident from the moment you walk through the front door. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is high quality and the breakfasts are delicious. But more so, Sharon & Shawn treat you like family. They are so welcoming, as are their staff. The property is beautiful. Make sure to have at least one of your breakfasts out in their garden. The warm pool and the dogs are a bonus! And they keep a great variety of bikes to accommodate all sizes. I will definitely be back!

We're generally not huge fans of staying in traditional B&Bs, so we weren't quite sure what to expect with Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn, but we simply could not have had a better experience and are so glad we wound up staying there.

With PPBI, you still get the charm of staying in a small, historic inn and you get AMAZING breakfasts each morning (truly some of the best we've ever had!) -- BUT the owners, Sharon and Shawn, also take a very hands-off approach that allows you to interact with other guests as much or as little as you'd like, which we really appreciated.

Room #8 is an especially private, large, modern, and luxurious option, with a semi-private patio overlooking the pool and gardens, and parking only about 100 feet away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, it was always quiet, and everything was immaculately clean.

There were also lots of small touches in the room that made it extra comfortable, like plenty of hooks to hang towels and clothes... a large carafe of filtered water refilled daily... a nice mini-fridge (that actually kept things cold!)... and plenty of nice towels, in-room coffee supplies, wine glasses, etc.

While we didn't get to enjoy the pool or the grounds as much as we would have liked to due to the weather, they looked incredibly inviting and made us want to return when the weather is a bit warmer.

All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend PBBI to anyone coming to stay on Cape Cod. Thanks Sharon and Shawn!

We were visiting for a wedding nearby. The owners of this Inn are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and there was nothing left undone. We never had to ask for anything. The breakfasts were wonderful - not just a continental breakfast, unless that’s all you want, served to you wherever you would like including poolside. They have everything and more that you would want for a visit to the Cape.

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful inn, perfect for a relaxing, romantic getaway. Sharon and Shawn and their staff were all very nice, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous! We stayed in room #6, which was spacious and very comfortable, as well as impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed!

For those who come in the summer, the pool and grounds are beautiful, with plenty of lounging options, a fire pit and space for other activities.

We have stayed at many inns but this one stands out as a very special inn that we will visit again in the near future!

I can’t say enough good things about the Platinum Pebble Inn. From the moment we arrived, Shawnand Sharon were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The inn is beautiful and the rooms were nicely appointed and extremely clean. The pool out back was quiet and peaceful and the area behind the pool provided more room for us to lounge and spread out. There was a fire pit as well that we never got a chance to use, but would’ve loved to!

We borrowed bikes from the inn for one of the days we were there and Shawn made sure that all of the bikes were adjusted correctly for us and truly seemed to care about making sure that we had a good experience.

The options available for breakfast were abundant and delicious. Also, they were incredibly flexible in terms of where we wanted to eat breakfast, whether it was in our room, out by the pool, or in the grassy area behind it.

I will definitely stay at the Inn again the next time and I am in Cape Cod. Loved it and couldn’t have been happier!

Sharon & Shawn are amazing Innkeepers. The Inn is beautiful and well kept, and the breakfast are amazing. Sharon also does a great job having fresh baked snacks for guests. Both of them are there to help you in anyway with your stay and to make recommendations on where to eat and what to do if you need it!

I needed a quiet place to stay and relax in the middle of a book tour, and the Platinum Pebble fit the bill! The room was comfortable and cozy, and well appointed. Sharon and Shawn were perfect innkeepers, there when I needed them and working quietly behind the scenes when I did not. They even came to one of my book signings! The breakfasts were delicious, and any deviations off the menu were cheerfully accommodated. If you love great service, personable hosts, friendly staff, a pretty and comfy room, and inn, and wonderful food, this is for you. Plus, it is in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, and Rt. 28. Thanks, Sharon and Shawn!

We had an incredible time celebrating our wedding anniversary with 3 nights at the Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn. Shawn and Sharon are so welcoming and there throughout your stay for anything you need. We stayed in room 4 and it was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts down by the pool and appreciated the snacks and coffee available throughout the day in the pool lounge. Another highlight was Shawn setting us up with bikes and a bike trailer one day to go to the beach down the road. They have seriously thought of everything you need for a perfect getaway! We would not hesitate to go back next time we visit the Cape :)

Wow, what a place!! Exactly as advertised….a top quality, adults only boutique Inn. We had 3 glorious nights here and would of spent far more if time had allowed. Absolutely nothing to fault and highly, highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing haven to base yourself in. The bedroom was beautiful, huge bed, the best linens we have ever experienced and a mattress that gave us superb nights sleep and rest. Soft robes and towels with a lovely en-suite. The breakfasts were delicious (you can choose where to eat….we sat by the pool) and many things homemade. Lovely little cakes and cookies on the bar to help yourself to, a good coffee machine with a selection of tea also. The pool is wonderful, we spent a whole day lounging around and swimming, heated just right. Met some lovely guests who are repeat visitors - says it all!
A quiet neighbourhood, a few bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance but a better selection within a 5 min drive away.
Shawn & Sharon the owners are superb hosts, they made our stay extra special and couldn’t do enough. Book it - you will be impressed too.

My girlfriend and I hardly ever get to go away together and have it be just the two of us. We stumbled upon The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn online and the day I called to make the reservation I was helped by none other than Sharon herself. From just the few minutes it took for her to gather all my information I could tell this was someone who truly cares. The same can (and will) be said for Shawn. The two of them make a dynamite team and with the help of their staff they have curated what has quite possibly been my favorite trip to Cape Cod ever! We stayed in room #2, right on the 1st floor at the corner of the inn. Every single thing, from the moment we walked in and set our bags down to handing the room key in to Shawn and receiving a firm handshake and friendly send-off, was incredible. Shawn and Sharon are not afraid to check in with you and make sure you are accommodated, they are quite friendly and are more than ready to provide you with suggestions for different activities if you don't quite know what you want to do for the day, and they plus their staff keep the place looking immaculate while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. You're close to several beaches, the local bike trail, Chatham, Hyannis, only an hour from P-Town, you can't go wrong no matter what direction you go. Every morning you have different entreé choices for breakfast that are prepared at the time you come down and are served hot and are incredibly delicious. Not to miss mentioning I don't think I've ever had a more delicious and fresh cup of black coffee in my life. If you have the chance to stay here then DO IT! I will absolutely make sure my girlfriend and I come back here because after staying here I don't think there's ever going to be another place like it. Shawn and Sharon have absolutely spoiled everyone that's stayed here. They are the kind of people with the kind of business that I personally believe should be what every business owner should strive to be like. 10/10. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. A round of applause. My friends and I chose Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn for the 5-star reviews, and it was obvious from the onset that the stars were well deserved. From the clear reservation routine through the heartfelt goodbye at checkout, Sharon and Shawn displayed their gifts as gracious and considerate hosts.

Sharon offered suggestions before our arrival of things to do while we were in Cape Cod. Her delicious breakfasts were something we looked forward to each morning. Sharon and Shawn's attention to detail is evident throughout the inn - power strips with outlets and USB ports next to each side of the bed; sleep sound machines in each room; umbrellas by the front door; deodorizing spray in the bathrooms; and so much more.

We rode bikes provided by the Inn, swam in the inn's pool, and enjoyed take-out dinner brought in one night while seated at the table Sharon had set for us, complete with serving pieces from the Inn. If you needed something, Sharon or Shawn would do their best to accommodate you. Or even better than that, they would suggest a solution to a need you didn't realize you had - the ultimate in customer service!

The good news is you do not need to read any more Cape Cod lodging reviews. You have found the best place to stay!
