Overall, this resort was really good. The location was great surrounded with sea shores, museums, and restaurants, the service was good also, with people to give you supplies such as toilet papers and towels. They had a lot of amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, and the recreation center. The recreation center has a basketball court, pickle ball, tennis, and ping pong table which all you need to reserve. The rooms were great, we had a suite with 2 floors. A little bit dated but it was alright. I slightly don’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed because it is a spring bed and really uncomfortable. A downside of this resort was the noise cancellation was horrible. I could hear people talking from other rooms and doors closing from another room and from the exit stairs. I would say I would highly recommend this place since it is very kid friendly and lots of amenities.

Fun February get away. The indoor pool and racquet sports center were a big hit with my family. Lots of great places to eat nearby, shopping, and it's easy to get to other towns on the Cape.

Very clean, many amenities the Hot Tub is kept at 104 degrees and very clean. The indoor pool also clean and around 86 degrees. The restaurant has very good food and live bands with a good size dance floor. Fitness center and locker rooms with steam and dry sauna rooms are nice also.

I come here every year. Wonderful large lap pool. I love the well equipped units. There is so much to do in the area. I hated to leave earlier this but I will be back next year!

We've stayed at all types of places around the world, from luxury brands like Ritz Carlton and Relais & Chateaux to Marriott-branded hotels, Airbnbs and, of course, vacation club condos. This place is rated as a 3-star hotel and I'm reviewing it as such. If you go to a 3-star hotel and expect it to be similar to a 4 or 5-star hotel, you're being unfair and unrealistic. Now, on to the review.

We were pleasantly surprised by The Cove at Yarmouth. The one-bedroom two-story, two-bath condo with a slight view of the cove was quiet and looked as if it had recently been refreshed. Its nautical/seashore motif was understated and not at all kitschy. (I was relieved b/c the last time we stayed at a place on the Cape - a B&B, it looked like it was decorated by an old seafaring granny!)

Our room (508) and the entire facility was super clean and very well-maintained inside and out. Reading about the amenities before we came, we understood the condo is equipped with a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, Keurig, and small refrigerator - not a full kitchen. I'm fine with this b/c it means we don't have to deal with lingering cooking smells from other guests. Note: Bring your own K-cups for the Keurig. We have reusable/refillable K-cups - better for the planet.

The outdoor pool, bar, and cafe were great, and the live music was actually good. The on-site restaurant has decent food and it's super convenient if you don't feel like going out. We didn't use the rec facility, so I can't comment on it.

There's parking near the rooms and inside there's a centralized laundry facility. If you don't want to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor (no elevator), be sure to reserve a room on the first floor. We were on the 2nd, but carrying a couple of bags up is no big deal for us. Plus, the stairs are wide and there's a landing, so it's pretty easy.

Everyone on staff was super nice and helpful. As for the location on the mid-Cape, it's pretty ideal. Walking distance to Hyannis, beaches, etc. Close to some good restaurants.

The only downside for us, and why I rated the room at 4 stars, is no king bed. We knew it was a queen when we made the reservation. It was not a surprise. But we're used to a king so a queen isn't what we'd prefer, although it was pretty comfortable. I'm picky about bed quality and I could sleep on this bed without waking up with an aching back. A huge plus! We always bring our own pillows so I can't comment on the pillows. We didn't use the sofa bed, so I can't comment on it.

All in all, The Cove at Yarmouth was a very decent stay at a quite reasonable price for the Cape in June. We will definitely stay here again because we bought into an ownership!

Cozy, clean and helpful. Live music several nights a week. Good info to help us on trips outside the area. Keurig’s in all rooms made me happy. We had a loft, so it was nice to have my own mom bathroom downstairs.

We traded in our timeshare to stay here for a wedding. The townhome we stayed in was perfect for us and our 18mo old. Overall very clean with nice pools, grounds and gym amenities. Only note: Internet could use a boost as I struggled to get a good signal in the upper bedroom.

Our room was clean and spacious. Family-friendly resort with activities for kids. Good food in outdoor restaurant (we didn't try the upstairs indoor restaurant). Staff are polite and helpful.

Our women's group had an ugly Christmas sweater gala at the Cove. They were very accommodating, and the food and service were great

I love the Cove. It is so clean professional and everyone is so helpful and happy. I come here every year. I love the property and looking out over the nature reserve at all the birds.

Two outdoor and two indoor pools make it excellent for those in between days on the beach.
They have live music almost every night at the outdoor pool and a full bar, and a little outdoor dining restaurant.
The view of the rooms is excellent, and you get a cool breeze from the water.
Two full bathrooms make it excellent for a family; we bring an air mattress as the fold-out coach is a little rough to sleep on.
Plenty of space to enjoy and spread out for four people.
A good size TV in the upstairs loft bedroom and the main living space.
Free wifi for guests as well.
I love it here.

Lots going on here. Bar with dancing in the late evening, poolside bar with live band outside poolside in the early evening. Big rec center for the kids. The rooms are ample if a bit dated.

What makes this destination special for me is the Loft!!
Great restaurant and bar with great food and service. The owners Kathy Giano and Kevin Richards have brought a distinctive food and entertainment venue with a beautiful restaurant and bar. This combination is very rarely found on Cape Cod. Lauri, our bartender, was wonderful with a ready smile and great personality. Love this place and I highly recommend you give it a try. Very convenient right on RT 28 in Yarmouth with lots of parking.

Syvene at front desk was so friendly! We had been driving all day, her beautiful energy, friendly demeanor were just what we needed!
Everything here was perfect! From our townhouse to the pool, to the rec center! We came the Friday after Thanksgiving!
Only con is the steps, but we worked off our extra calories! Bravo to the Cove, we will be back!

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The Loft Shack outside by the pool had meals ranging from seafood, to pork chops and the starters were nice for appetizers or even a light meal. We enjoyed the duos they scheduled for entertainment on Friday and Saturday. The grounds were well maintained.

The rooms were up to date, clean and just right for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pools were clean and the arcade was just right. My only gripe was the restaurant being closed
