The inconsistency of hours they are actually open makes the place hard to shop at frequently. They are regularly closed during their posted business hours.

Think twice before ordering from Brandi's Boutique! I ordered a Simply Southern patterned tote that had beautiful vibrant colors in the photo. But when I received the tote, the patterened area was faded like it had been sitting in a sunny display window, and the corners of the bag were faded to almost white! When I reached out to report the problem and ask to return the item as it was defective, I was told that those bags are shipped to them that way from the factory and there is nothing they can do (which is not true because I have another one of these bags that is just as beautiful as the photos). Furthermore, I can return it at my own cost, but the refund will go to store credit...so that I can take a chance on ordering another defective item that they will not stand behind! Their service is certainly not very customer-centric. Important to know before ordering from Brandi!

Brandi's please take care of your boxes instead of dropping them off at other locations and not breaking them down or putting them in the actual box dumpster provided. Take care of your own trash and don't put it on others to deal with..

Quality is horrific. Return policy is non existent. 5 weeks with no answer from this company.
